I love how the bartender treated a patron but I was left hanging.

First, I sat at the bar. I told the bar tender that I would really love a menu for food after a very long day in holiday traffic getting lost trying to find an address on the way back home from out of town since early this morning. I will be ordering it in to-go containers because I never finish it, I said. Then, I ordered a drink.

She did not engage with me. I just sat and enjoyed my drink.

She made the other patron another drink and then left the bar. I waited for some time before another bartender came out. I thought okay, they must have switched so he will take my order soon. He just didn't want to acknowledge me, it seemed because he was talking and moving around me and talking with others.

Another patron comes in and sat at the bar. The first bartender must know him, I'm assuming, because as soon as he sat down, she returned back to the bar and offered him a drink and put in an order of food for him without him telling her what he wanted. She gave him chips and dip (just went on the website to lookup the address and "Free Chips & Salsa" is the first thing you see).

I was lost for many hours, tired and hungry...but very patient.

My food was delivered by the cook. After examining the order, I noticed that I had two orders of fries so I asked to exchange one for a vegetable. Then, the bartender grabbed the box of fries and threw it in the garbage with force. I apologized and began to explain. Just then, an overwhelming feeling came over me of just having enough of this treatment and I began to cry and said, "I will leave if I'm not wanted here".

A new person sat at the bar in the seat right next to me. She came out, stood between both our chairs, on our side of the bar and held a conversation with him. Another patron is being treated well. I like that, I thought. But what about me?

This brings me to tears.

They refused to serve and treat me like the others sitting right next to me, so I told him that I was leaving without food and without paying because I'm not receiving fair service. No cutlery, no can I get you anything like ketchup. He nastily said, "Go, just go", with a shewing me away gesture of the hand.

He responded by throwing all the boxes of food in the garbage immediately and forcefully so that you can hear it. I was so embarrassed and in tears and that's when I started filming.

Just last week someone threw my groceries on the conveyor belt because I asked for help and now this...I'm at a breaking point. I've been called the "N" word. I've been ignored too many times to count to be told, we don't want you here. I grew up in the South and am used to just walking away but now will start documenting these sad events.

Acts 10:34, 35 states: “God is not partial, but in every nation the man who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.” For this reason, nobody can rightly consider one race to be superior to another.

Jesus set the standard for Christians when he said to his disciples: “All of you are brothers.” (Matthew 23:8) He prayed that his followers be united and be “perfected into one,” not divided or segregated.—John 17:20-23; 1 Corinthians 1:10.

Usually I meet with my Daughter and the Grandkids and we go to Fun City and then Chili's for lunch. We do this often and we also do it when my Mom and her other half come to town. Tonight we changed our schedules up and decided to still follow our normal routine although it was dinner time. I do not like complaining bc I know that everyone can have a bad day not to mention they may be going through a really hard time, but tonight our service was pretty pitiful. We ordered 2 Margaritas and H20 for the kids, it had been about 10 minutes and we decided to order Nachos with extra sour cream (still don't have Margaritas) we finally get our Adult beverages and our Nachos come out without extra sour cream. Not even 2 minutes later the Kid's food is delivered, ( my Daughter and I ordered soup and salad.) Finally after another 10 minutes with no mention of our salads we received our soups. After another 10 minutes of receiving our soups she asked if she could get us anything else so I said I'll just take our salad's to go and 1 more Margarita for us both. Another 10 minutes and I see our server with our Margaritas, still no salad. Our server finally brings our Salads to go in the same damn bag. At this point we need to go boxes for everything bc the 2 year old has fallen asleep. I ended up asking another server for a to go cup for my soup because I couldn't find ours. At this point I am just ready to go bc we've been there for an hour and a half if not longer so I try to pay with my debt card at the table but the machine wants to automatically add a 20% tip so I pulled my card out and explained to the server that I want to leave a cash tip. After another 20 minutes of her and the manager trying to figure out if my payment went through or not and the manager asking me how everything was for the 3rd time I finally broke and explained how disappointed I was and explained to him our dining experience in which he replied that I should have said something when he checked on us and that the next time I am here ask for Big So and So and he will make sure that I am taking care of.. Um excuse me Big So and So but this is the first time that I've ever seen you, probably bc you were too concerned about me paying and not the quality of your customer service, then she has the balls to say don't be mad at me it's not my fault. I really don't understand where self pride in what you do has gone.. My suggestion don't go at night and I didn't even tell the...

I have reviewed this chillis before I belive however this time is different. The food standards seem to have raised in this last month and I have to say. I have been 5 times in the last 2 weeks because their food has actually tasted like they care again.

The burger recipe had to have changed because it has been consistently the best burgers that I have ever had from this chain. If not than they have been doing something different. The portion of frech fries is actually what I expect to see when I order them now. Instead of getting a sad 9-12 fries and feeling ripped off I am actually getting a full side of fries.

Also the enchilada soup. Do not get it to go. You will be sorry. However getting it in the restaurant is a fully different story. You will expect a delicious spicy cheese rich with flavor soup topped with some nice crunchy fried tortilla crisps on top,in what I am assuming is a 12oz or so bowl filled with maybe 8-10oz of soup. However to go it is very sad. You can still be in your car in the parking lot of chili's and eat it and still be sad. The 6-8Oz container that they give you is often under filled. I have measured it out before at home and removed the soggy tortilla crisps and I had on numerous occasions only received about 3-4Oz of actual soup taking up less than half of the already small container. Stacked high with so many soggy tortilla strings that it absorbs the majority of the soup before you can even get into it. If your ordering soup to go get the loaded potato soup. At least you can still smile with that option. Anyway at the restaurant it is leagues better than to go. And that soup is delightful.

The loaded boneless wings and Texas cheese fries. I'll make it short and sweet. They are both delicious and smothered in gooey cheese. What else can you ask for. If you grab a fry and they won't quite come apart dude to the overcooked cheese send it back and they will happily fix it. As least my waitress did and I didnt hear one thing about. It was fixed fas as well.
