8/8/18: HORRIBLE service EVERY TIME! We had to go and either stand in front of the kitchen doorway or stand at the bar and call to get the attention of the bartender-waitress to get anything we needed. They were HYPERfocused on shift change and completely ignored the half dozen tables wanting service. As people came in the door, they had to wait 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged, let alone seated at a table. The food was subpar, the place was filthy, the kiosk thing we were told we HAD to use to pay was absolutely disgusting (probably never cleaned), and the bathrooms were equally disgusting. I require the use of a handicapped stall and had to wait several minutes for a non-handicapped waitress to finish using it (without washing her hands before leaving the restroom!) which is unacceptable. I have lost complete faith in this place ever getting our orders right or getting good service. Looks like another restaurant is added to our "Don't Patronize" list! This review will either be completely ignored by management or receive one of their pat answers, "Give us a call at the 1-800 number and WAIT some more" just to let them know about the lousy food and service. Corporate needs to step in, fire everyone, power wash the place (if the kitchen looks anything like the front of house...), and then hire people who are willing AND able to do a decent job. Read moreExtremely poor management which probably accounts for the slowest service I've ever seen in a Chili's. The franchise should be embarrassed. My husband and I went in for lunch at 12:30 on a holiday Monday and started with a 10-15 minute wait be seated. No biggie. While we were waiting another customer who was sitting at a high top in the bar area left and complained they had been waiting for over 10 minutes without service and were leaving. We thought that was kind of typical for bar area seating because of limited wait staff. Again, didn't think much of it. Then we were called and were seated in the dining area that was only about half to three quarters full with an entire back section that wasn't even being seated. We sat another 10-15 minutes before a server came over and said he'd be with us in a few minutes. No drink order or anything. Having managed a restaurant myself i began timing. We waited another 14 minutes before we decided to log out of our Plenti reward account and leave. Over 40 mins in and we didn't even get to put in a drink order. The server caught us as we were getting up and apologized for the slow service and explained they only had two servers for the whole restaurant. It wasn't even half to capacity and they were on a wait! Unacceptable. We left and will not be going back to this location...very unfortunate because we love Chili's and it's close. But I'd rather drive across town for a better run store with better service. I advise everyone else...
Read moreDrink, wrong Steak not cooked right Potatoes burned Charged Wrong by three dollars over all because I said I cannot have one of your appetizers so she didn't charge me for the Pick 3 she just went ahead and charged me ala cart for everything. I could handle all that but when she comes up to me and asked me do I have the machine figured out to pay for my bill like I'm some sort of child or blind and elderly. I asked her to please leave me alone I said I know how to use this she would not leave me alone . Jamie I just wish you would listen actively to people and not just hear whatever you expect to hear and don't please just because someone wanted to pay with cash one time and ask for a paper receipt please don't assume that I'm stupid and paying cash this time.
