China Wok (next to neighborhood Walmart) — Restaurant in Florida

I'm so sad because this used to be my favorite Chinese food place, but something has changed with the food and it is not for the better. We order from China Wok a few times a month and the last couple of orders were disappointing at best. I loved the fried rice before, but they have started adding yellow curry to it and it is completely different than it used to be. The last time we ordered it was so over seasoned with curry that it was gritty and inedible and we threw out most of the carton. My husband used to love their Mongolian Beef but it has also changed. He said the seasoning was just really off from what it used to be, and there was a grainy texture to the sauce and meat from too much dry seasoning powder being added. We've noticed unappealing changes to other dishes as well and the overall quality of the ingredients also seems to have gone down. Horrible execution on dishes that you see on their website. I ordered a Schezuan chicken, which is supposed have green onions and dried red chill peppers to give it that supposedly hot and spicy taste as they advertise online. You have to be kidding me, not a single bit of spice. First they put green peppers, carrots and onions like this was some pollo guisao.. if you are Latin then you know what I’m talking about. All they were missing was Sofrito and potatoes. Lmaooo… OMG. What I did notice is that they have Latinos cooking chinese food. NOTE: What the hell do Latinos know about Chinese traditional meals. I’m a Latino myself and I feel ashamed. SMH!!! So on that note please be wise in wha you choose from certain Chinese food restaurants because you may expect something and get another which, is very disappointing having to pay for something you didn’t order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered from here tonight, got home and noticed that my order was missing one item. I called them and they said they would replace it, so I started to get in my car and they called me back. They said that the cook said he put it in the bag,so I'm lying and they couldn't replace it. Then I was asked if it fell out? I told her no,or there would be a mess in my car and I wouldn't have called. My order had everyone's food except for mine. I am a diabetic taking insulin and now had nothing to eat. I was told that they could ask their manager if they could credit my card and I could just come buy another meal. Why the hell would I come buy another meal when I already paid,didn't get my order, and you're not even sure if you can credit my card for the one item!
