Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Do not come here!! Mgmt is sketchy. I never lead bad reviews but i came her and asked for 2 vinaigrettes and the person checking me out told me I’d have to pay for a 2nd since only 1 came with the order. Like excuse me??? I’ve been going to chipotle for years and never in my life have i been told vinaigrette is extra. On top of it all i asked how much it would be thinking maybe it’s like 25 cents and he said $1.75!!!!!! What a joke nearly $2 for a side of dressing??? Maybe fill you’re vinaigrettes up more than a 1/4 and i won’t need 2. I argued with the guy and said I’ve never heard of that before is that new and he said it wasn’t a new policy? I kept arguing and said I’m not paying for a 2nd vingreatte and he literally wouldn’t budge. I ended up being so turned off by the entire experience i asked for a full refund bc i didn’t even want the food anymore i was so annoyed. Surprisingly, he obliged and gave me a refund which was nice. Cant belive things had to escalate to that over dressing. I went to a differnt chipotle later that day to see if they’d charge me and they gave me 2 no problem. This establishment/Mgmt seems sketchy and from other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks so. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were charging extra for things to increase sale margins. Stay away from this chipotle and just go to the other 2 locations that are super close by. Btw the steak looked abosulty foul. He put it on my bowl and i said “that’s steak?” And he said “yes” it looked grey almost like chicken I’ve never seen that before. I want to start by saying this is the only negative review I’ve ever left for a business. They didn’t have enough to cover tofu for even 1 bowl, so I asked to pay for a full serving but to divide the portion into the 2 bowls I was getting. They said to do that wasn’t possible and to split (less than) their 1 portion of tofu into the 2 bowls I would have to pay full price for both tofu portions. Make it make sense. Instead they took the exact skimpy portion and put it in the side container for me to divide (this was at my suggestion by the way, since they already seemed very confused) . The countertops were also absolutely disgusting and the girl serving the food kept rubbing her hands on the dirty counter and would proceed to touch the customer food (I opted for nothing from her side). For being a new establishment in a nice area, this is a HUGE disappoint and will not come back. The lady at the cash register was very nice and pleasant though. So good for her and her customer...

the signage says "now open late" with hours indicating they're open until 11pm. My car broke down across the street at about 9:30pm on 2/21 and it was freezing outside. I was so relieved there was a chipotle open late while I had to wait for a tow truck! I approached the door at right at 10pm to find them locked already. The chairs were all put up and the employees were cleaning the floors. I can see getting a head start if it's like 15 minutes before closing time but an hour?! You can still go into a full service restaurant and get served food an hour before closing, this was ridiculous. After reading other reviews I guess I'm glad they were closed early so I wasn't subjected to the abismal quality food on top of dealing with the rest of the situation. I would avoid until they get some things straightened out or get a surprise visit from an owner...
