WHY ISN'T GOOGLE POSTING THIS REVIEW? Part 2 - I told the Mgr he was rude and shouldn't be in the service industry serving people, and I had watched at how he cussed at that woman and spoke to her." He told me, "that was my wife" as if that made it any better (actually, that's worse knowing she's your wife and you talk to her in front of your kids like that, altho I never said that to him). I almost left at that point, and I should've but instead I asked him if he for his name (of which he told me) and if he was the manager, and he said he was. I asked everyone else in the kitchen area if there were any other managers there and one gentleman stepped up and said, "I am." but the man I was arguing with then said, "But he's not over me." The other manager came up to the counter, I expld what was going on and he simply turned around, leaned back slightly and looked at the picture above their heads that I was referring to, and said, "yes, that's carne asada, the better meat". There, now was that so difficult?! It went semi-smoothly at that point, and then when I got to the register, the Mgr mumbled, "I don't need this effing $hit!" and told the cashier not to ring me up bc he was going to comp my meal bc I said he was rude. I told him, "No, I'm going to pay for my food." He then grabbed my lunch in the bag, said to me, "You know, I don't need this effing $hit, I'm a effing felon and I'll kill you!" I yelled back at him, "bring it B!" bc I am not backing down from anyone talking to me, the customer, like that for NO REASON. He then slammed my food in the trash and told me he wasn't serving me, and went in the back. One of the other guys followed him, and then came back up and told me I was "antagonizing him" and he was only trying to be nice. I told him he wasn't being nice, he just didn't want me to have a receipt since most receipts come with surveys and/or corp contact info. Bc I had not paid for my food the first time (boss did), I don't know if that's how their receipts are or not. Anyway, I told him he didn't know what he was talking about bc he wasn't in line at the beginning to hear what had happened and how he was talking to that woman and me. The kitchen manager did come and apologize to me, which was very nice. They then started said, "you have a good day." which was my cue to leave, so I did. As I was walking out, the female worker started yelling, "BYE! BYE!" I got in my car, immediately called another nearby location to get a District Managers number. Left vm for him, and the Field Leader called me back, I told him what happened, and he said he would call me on Monday. Monday came and went, no call. I called corp and some business they use to take complaints called me back, took down my complaint, and then someone from Corp called to tell me the the Field Leader is supposed to call me later. It is now Friday at 3:46 pm and still no call. This is shameful and I can't believe this is the kind of people they hire, then again, no one wants to work these days so you get what you get, felons who threaten your life and all. I should've called the police, but I was so pissed, my mind was to just call the Field Leader, which did no good. GOOGLE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO POST THIS REVIEW EVEN THO A THREAT WAS...

I made an online order. I went to pick it up the girl said she was making it but they were out of chicken and we would have to wait fifteen minutes for the chicken. Ok no problem, but I noticed my order was already half made I spent approx $100 on an order for my family. I asked if she could please remake the order when the chicken was done so it was all hot and fresh. She said no. I said but I spent a lot of money and would like all of my order fresh she said I’ll get my manager but she will say the same thing. She got her manager and she said the same thing and said you can order through the line but no she won’t make your order all fresh. I said but I already ordered. I was confused. And my boyfriend asked why we would need to reorder and why she had such an attitude with us. She was mad and said you can order through the line or you can leave I said can I have a refund she said you can call the 1800 number. I asked her name she wouldn’t give it and stomped off. She sent up some business cards with a worker. Nobody would give us their name but the manager had pink butterfly tattoos all up her neck. I have never had such a bad experience! My boyfriend owns the auto shop close by and told the worker how he comes there all the time and this is the worst experience he has ever had and will not be coming or buying his employees lunch from their anymore. We left and drove twenty min to the chipotle in Trinity. I will get my refund from corporate bc the 1800 number hangs up on you when you call. And it is a holiday weekend. Thankfully this isn’t all I had to feed my family!

Just to follow up on this review, I called all of the numbers on the business cards given to me and left messages and NEVER received a call back. I tried to get a refund and the number given hangs up right away. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I also reached online and the response was a canned sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience we can do better next time response. They do not care if you had a bad experience and they do not care to make it right. I am telling everyone I know about this place and all of my friends are also having bad experiences here. Healthcare workers are not respected in this establishment. A worker whom said his name was Tyler but I don’t think it is since I heard one of the workers call him axil gave terrible service. I am a healthcare worker and was provided a promo code for nurses week which was displayed, Axil contacts general manager and gets an okay but then proceeds to ask to see my nursing license…. which was totally out of line due to the fact I’m showing him the promo code which already verified I’m a nurse. Not only that, you don’t know my name so why would showing you my nursing license matter? I could be showing you any nursing license as I explained to him how that makes no sense. He gets very upset and hostile and proceeds to start an argument to attempt to make himself feel bigger on how he doesn’t have to service me at all and told all the workers to not give me a cup even though I had a reward in app for a free drink. He literally went back and forth with me for a good 15 minutes and would not turn on the register for me to scan my free reward after I asked him multiple times to let me scan my reward so I can go!! They had a long line and was still giving out chipotle charging full price and they only had meat rice and certain beans left. He then proceeds to say he’s giving me my drink cup on the house as if I can’t afford it and only gave it to me because i told him I won’t be going anywhere until you give me my cup even though I had a FREE REWARD IN APP.
