This is the worst taco bell ever, if I could give a zero star rating I would. DO NOT TRUST THE MOBILE APP OR THE TACO BELL WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN ORDER OFF OF AT ALL. And when you have an issue, do not expect for the staff and manager at this location to care at all. Oh and dont expect taco bell's1800 customer service number reps to care or solve anything at all. This store doesnt even honor their posted store hours which are listed on both the door, the company website and on google.
My family submitted an order to this taco bell through the website on our laptop and it was before 2 am on this past Saturday morning 8/19. The posted store hours on Fridays and Saturdays are 730 to 3 am. Everything went through and my sister's card was charged 35 and some change for the food we ordered. So when she arrived at this taco bell a little after 2 am, to our dismay the store was closed, contrary to the hours that were posted on the website and on the door. So then from 230 am onward I attempted to contact them via phone 5 times total until the last attempt at 2:49 a.m. there was no answer each of the 5 times I called.
Later that day around noon my sister called the location who said she would have to talk to the 1800 customer service number about being charged for the order we didn't receive. When she did so they told her there was nothing they could do and that since the order wasnt fulfilled the money would automatically be refunded in 48 hours. There was barely any apologies for the whole inconvenience and being out almost 40 dollars. Then she called the location again to see if there was any way to simply have our order fulfilled since we were out the money anyways. They said there was no way, even though we had the order number and they referred us to customer service yet again. So we attempted to get answers from the customer service call center as to why the store was closed before their posted hours. No one could give us a definitive answer, not the call center reps and their manager and not even the store clerks at this location or the in store manager. The last resort was to go there and attempt to get an answer from the store in person. The manager was rude and insistent that nothing could be done and that I needed to call the customer service number like he had told me do when he spoke with me on the phone, little did he know he had spoken with my sister, not me. So I simply said, okay and walked out the door.
I have had one other mishap like this happen with another company ordering food through a website and the store did not deliver the order as was agreed to. Difference is after speaking with customer service, this company apologized and they issued me a very generous credit for a free meal on them because of the inconvenience of not receiving my order and being charged for it as though I did receive it.
Such was not the case at this Taco Bell, which is absolutely ridiculous for the double dose of inconvenience we were forced to deal with. We did not receive our order at all and we were charged as though we did receive it. We barely received any apologies at that. If we had paid at the store while it was open and they didnt have our food when we got to the pickup window, we would have been given a refund then and there. But since we used the website we get nothing, even though they did not follow through on their end of the deal. They basically temporarily stole money out of our pockets and then said "Because you ordered through our website and we were closed before our posted hours so that you could not pick up what you ordered, you have to deal with the fact that we took your money and didn't give you our order. Also, we will take our time to issue your money back, the money that is not rightfully ours, its somewhere within our company floating in an abyss until it is returned. Sorry but not really."
The customer is not always right at this location or according to their call center and they will hide behind the excuse that there is nothing they can do till...
Read moreI'm taking time to write yet another review on this store. I gave them a review last year when I moved here but because of the consistently bad service, wrong orders and terrible food, I am hoping that this makes it to upper management. The last time I was there was because they were replacing an order because the previous three orders I had gotten were wrong, they told me they were under New Management and then questioned why it took me so long to come back to get my food. They had a bad attitude, we're asking questions about my personal life because I didn't return within a few days to get the food that was messed up, and so I waited yet another month before returning and not only did they get my order wrong again, but the shells that they use for the Mexican pizza tasted like they were cooked in grease that had been sitting around for at least 5 years. You cannot taste anything on the Mexican pizza except for disgusting dirty greaae, not the meat not the sauce not the cheese nothing but dirty grease, and so once again I spent $12 on food that had to get thrown away and now I'm sick to my stomach because of the Mexican pizza. they operate in total chaos, they wanted me to drive back around through the drive-thru so that their timer that they have running to see how long a car is waiting would reset and they wouldn't get in trouble and they literally had me drive out of the drive-thru and pull back around to help them reset the time. There is no way that I will ever return to this Taco Bell, I wish that people in the corporate offices could see this review and know just how seriously this location is disfunctional and needs shut down by the health department. It is worth driving an extra 5 minutes out of the way to go to any of the other Taco bells around because at least you know you'll get what you order and it won't be food that makes you sick. And look at my tacos, there's probably maybe four little shreds of cheese on each one if that, there's no way you could taste any cheese if you tried. I have photos to show how badly the staff prepare the food but unable to share. I hope that the higher ups reach out to see how poorly this...
Read moreNever in my life have I been so furious with service at Taco Bell . I asked the girl at the register to break my $10 bill that I got from my cash back after she had closed the register. She called her manager to open the box to break my bill and I overheard him say that is not our job. I told the girl that i paid in cash not credit maybe he thought I paid in credit and I was just asking to break cash. I would understand for the comment but I didn’t.he came to the window and I told him it trying to break the bill you guys just gave me for two $5’s he said he is not obligated to do so. I said I’m only asking to break a bill he proceeded to have an attitude and said he doesn’t have to oblige. I asked for his name and he said Carlos which is a lie because I heard the girl call him Marcus. I asked for corporates number and he said you can get it yourself and closed the drive thru window. I honked the horn to ask for a receipt so I can get the store number and no one came to the window and I was completely ignored until someone pulled up after they ordered. Some guy had look at the window from inside I said I need a receipt he mouthed back a receipt and walked away . Not sure if Marcus told them not to talk to me because no one came back to the window. The girl who originally took my order was just by the window ignoring me until another girl from the back came to the window opened it to talk to me I said I just want a receipt . I asked who is the manager above Marcus and she told me his name is Aaron who will be in at 3pm. Never in my life have I been treated like this and even in front off my child who was in the back .i was so angry and it’s not right when a child is asking me what’s wrong. There was no reason for me to be treated like this over me asking to break a bill that I just got from them from paying cash . What ever happened to customer service and kindness . Marcus should not be a manger if he doesn’t know how to treat customers and be polite . I’ve worked in customer service for many years and if a customer asks for corporates number you dont tell Them to get it themselves and close the window. You shouldn’t treat...
