Burger King — Restaurant in Jasmine Estates

I visited this establishment today and was appalled at the service and rudeness of the employees. I frequently visit this Burger King as its close to work for me but today was the worst. The poor lady at the counter was trying her best but was told several times by management in the back “they can wait” referring to people waiting at the counter. I watched several people walk out without ordering, as well as several people come in with complaints from the drive thru to be argued with about their complaint by said lady in the back. Many of the employees in the back were on their phones while many of us were waiting for our food or merely waiting to simply receive a napkin or sauce that wasn't in our bag. To top it off most of our food was also cold. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had from this place and i think the lady in charge should take a course in how to...

I tried calling 4 Burger King locations hoping to speak to a manager but only got answering machines from 3 of them. The 1 location on DeCubuilis & Ridge that messed up our drive thru order phone had been busy for close to 2 hours. I finally reached Nicole she answered professionally & I explained my dilemma & she advised me she would try to contact the other manager if possible. She called me back almost immediately & informed me their phone was no longer busy. I thanked her for being so helpful* The other managers should try to be Managers & answer their calls personally. Not by having customers Leave a Message explaining our orders being wrong. Nicole was concerned even know it was not at her store....The other managers need to step up & do what they were hired to do not go out back and smoke or entertain their employees. ...

I don't understand, how they are allowed to close the dining room early and just serve the drive-thru, when they have enough people in their working to work the counter I've never seen any other Burger King do that but the Burger King out here in Port Richey. I've seen a manager coughing into her hand , no mask at the front counter and the people don't really seem to be all that pleasant , I have stopped eating there. it's just a bad message to the people, who do not drive in the area at 9:00 ,they walk blocks to come eat at Burger king, and the door is closed but you see people inside running around and the drive-thru is just being serve?. it never really seems to be all that clean in there. but hey I guess the people that are from lower incomes ,don't deserve to have a Good Burger...
