I'm writing this review because I can't count on my fingers how many bad experiences we've had with Chipotle, especially with this location.

Let me start off by saying that the customer service is horrific. Yesterday we went to the location and there was no sour cream, straws, forks, lids, aluminum foil for the burritos, coke, or ice. They are always out of something, without fail. So much for claims that everything is locally sourced.

The girl wrapping the bowls in whatever she could find because there were no lids was not writing down whether the bowl had chicken, steak, etc... and the cashier advised her of it and her reply was "they can tell you what they ordered". Cashier said "they shouldn't have to". and all she did was roll her eyes and continue making rude and sarcastic remarks.

I haven't even gotten to the worst of it. There's a guy that works in the back doing the to go orders, which by the way, all the to go orders are always WRONG. If they don't have the ingredients you request, they'll literally throw in whatever they feel like in your food.... So this guy pulls his mask down every 10 seconds to grab a handful of food with his hands and eat it.... Are you kidding me? Eat on your break!!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!!

This review literally only covers what happened to us yesterday. I'm not going to continue wasting my time on this place.
