Cold Stone Creamery has great ice cream with great service! Cold Stone Creamery is a well-known chain ice cream store. What makes them different than other ice cream shops is that they have their workers use a lot of manual labor to add mix-ins to your ice cream. They have a ton of mix-ins to choose from, including brownies, candies, cookies, and cereal, and have a good selection of ice cream flavors. If you can't decide on your own ice cream creation, they have pre-designed signature creations to choose from. They also have smoothies, shakes, and ice cream cakes. What also makes them unique is that the workers sing when you give them a tip.

I came to this location on a Saturday afternoon and there was a long line out the door. It actually took quite awhile to get through the line. We ordered the coffee ice cream with brownie mix-in and the strawberry ice cream with strawberry mix-in. The worker that mixed our ice cream was enthusiastic and provided great customer. It looked like a lot of muscle went into the mixing of the ice cream. The cashier was also really friendly and helpful. There were a lot of workers that were working really hard and they all seemed to be very positive and in great spirits.

Both flavors of ice cream were really delicious. We ordered the Gotta Have It Size for both to-go and ate them over a few days. The strawberry was soft and creamy and the coffee was really enjoyable with the brownie pieces mixed in. Other than the long wait, we had a really good experience at this Cold Stone...

I have been a loyal customer of Cold Stone for a while, but my recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual ice cream and specifically asked the employee multiple times to mix in chocolate fudge. However, he didn't mix it in and simply added it on top. If you know Cold Stone, you know everything should be mixed in with the ice cream and other toppings. When I politely asked him to mix it correctly, he handed me the cup with chocolate fudge piled on top, completely ignoring my request and he kept saying I can’t do it , I can’t I can’t . I reiterated my request, and another employee named Jennifer, who claimed to be the manager, stepped in. From the start, she was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about simply mixing the fudge into my ice cream as I had originally asked, Jennifer's attitude was appalling. She grabbed my cup with a visible attitude and reluctantly mixed it. I thanked her, but she continued to display poor customer service. When attending to the rest of my party, she impatiently yelled, "Come on, let's go, hurry," which was very off-putting, especially with children around and other customers watching. I generally don't write reviews, understanding that everyone can have bad days. However, as someone who works in customer service daily, I felt compelled to share this experience. Jennifer's treatment of customers is unacceptable, and if she truly is the manager, I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with such poor service at...

The service here was to die for especially the girl with the purple hair was so sweet. She was so patient with my kids I know it was a handful for her because they wanted to try about every flavor but she was very hospitable. After I wasn’t sure how the app worked for my birthday reward she so kindly helped me and explained how it worked. I will definitely be coming back, the ice cream was creamy and mixed just enough to have almost every topping I asked for in each bite. My kids asked for 2 flavors each and the color combinations (Cotton candy and cake batter) looked gorgeous mixed together. I definitely added a pretty tip for her. I did notice her coworker (the girl with the curly hair and braces)also helping us when giving our flavors and being attentive and conversational.
