Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

Worst Panera Bread i have ever visited. I make an online order because I am in a rush. I get to the store and I check my order quickly only to notice that my Avocado Cobb salad with chicken salad was made incorrectly (missing ingredients) and was only half the portion. I approach the woman distributing orders by the kitchen and I apologize for the bother, I tell her the salad is missing items and it’s smaller than it usually is, if they could remake it for me. Right away, this woman seems bother and annoyed by my presence (even after I excused the bother). She hands the salad back to the kitchen and they “remake it”. She hands it back to me giving me a face, I check it once again and it’s the same salad with added spinach on top.... STILL missing ingredients. I tell her “it’s still missing the avocado, I asked if you could pls remake it for me”, she takes it from my hand and sends it back and obnoxiously tells the kitchen in Spanish “she said that you guys need to put avocado”. They slab on an unsliced avocado on top of the “remade” salad and hands it back to me while rolling her eyes and not saying a word. I was obviously bothered by that, so I went to a cashier and explained to her my situation. I asked for it to be remade the correct way and it still hasn’t been done. Why should I feel bad for them not knowing how to make one of their menu items. That’s when JOSE THE MANAGER ( I think that’s his name, i could be wrong) says that he will fix it for me. At this point I’m very relieved that my salad that I’ve been craving will finally be made correctly and I could leave. He hands me the “remade salad” and doesn’t say a word to me until I’m turned around and already leaving he then says “sorry ok” lol what a sincere apology for messing up this salad 3 times and now I’m running extremely late. So I get home and I’m about to eat the salad, but I notice it’s still the same salad. Same avocado they had thrown on top, and Ingredients in the same messy placement. They only thing he decided to do was throw some more spinach on top to make it look full, and pickled onions which if he would’ve remade it correctly, he would’ve seen “no pickled onions” in the original receipt (they are too sour). Worst part about this aswell is that they still forgot the egg that is part of this salad. All because they refuse to remake me a salad that was MADE INCORRECTLY FOUR TIMES. Like really???? If your employees/manager can’t read off a paper and just add the ingredients, what are you guys doing?????? I will never be visiting another panera. All I wanted was my salad... seriously. Pretty disappointed that the manager couldn’t even get it correct nor give me a sincere apology. How is this manager supposed to lead by example and expand business? I truly hope that this gets resolved, panera products are delicious, but the customer service is...

This is a nice place in the area. It's quiet, clean, great location, nice ambiance.. and they usually have great food. The kids loves it. Last time something funny happened kids both got their croissants melted, I also ordered a chicken avocado melt, which is one of my favorite things to eat, but hey! they didn't put the melt part on it. My sandwich was cold, really cold. I went to the counter and told a woman what occurred. To my surprise, she told me that sandwich was right that way. Funny because one, I have a great memory, two, it wasn't the first time I requested for a melt sandwich, and three, behind the kitchen, on the wall on a very nice quality print, was the same sandwich and yes, it was toasted and the cheese melted. To be fair, this argument only took a split of second in my head.. I didn't had to argue or anything because the lady was polite and asked whether I wanted it toasted. I said yes, and she told the cook to toast it. He complied but he also looked at me like I was asking something wierd, which made me look it up in Google. Maybe I was wrong. Nope. I was right, but like I said I didn't have to argue or anything so the experience is what I'm telling you, something humorous. Nevertheless, I can confirm that melted sandwiches have melted cheese in them, which is why most of the time they are not cold...

We had a very bad experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude, treated customers poorly, and didn’t have the right attitude when explaining things. We had placed a large order for a group, and when we were grabbing napkins and plates to serve the food, he approached us in a harsh manner, saying we couldn’t take them because they cost. This made no sense, since we had paid for all the food and the service. Still, his attitude was completely inappropriate. We love Panera’s food, but this man was very disrespectful to both me and my husband. Unfortunately, it was not the level of service we expected.

To make the unpleasant experience even worse, when we arrived at the event and started serving the food, we realized our order was missing the salad. Not only did they give us an incomplete order, but they also essentially stole part of our money by charging for something they didn’t deliver. And the manager, who was right there behind the bar reviewing the order, seemed more focused on mistreating customers than on checking the food properly. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
