I went to get a bowl I was so hungry it was literally my first meal of the day. They didn’t say hi to me , didn’t take my name didn’t feel welcoming at all . I get a bowl with chicken rice beans corn lettuce tomato and sometimes sour cream or guacamole that’s all. the girl was rude and made me feel uncomfortable I had to repeat myself constantly. The girl at the register literally takes the cash from me so aggressively with such attitude … I don’t know what I did to deserve such treatment but the worst part of all this is that they give me the wrong bowl WITH HOT SAUCE …. I’m really sensitive to hot spicy food and I never eat it. I didn’t realize i got the wrong bowl until I got home, everything is covered in other toppings so I didn’t expect the hot sauce at all Im thinking it’s my bowl all along but anyways I didn’t see the hot sauce when I opened it because it was under all the other toppings so I I take a bite ……. my mouth started to literally burn so bad my throat was on fire, I was sweating and I never felt so nauseous…to the point where I ended up throwing up 3 times after…. I never felt so sick before I was crying, sweating and throwing up for a good 3 hours. I ended up not eating anything that day because i felt so sick,it felt like if I tried to eat something I would’ve threw up again. The hot sauce really just killed my whole day. I’m pretty sure the other two people got the wrong order too. It’s so disappointing that they don’t write your name on your bowls. People can seriously be badly allergic to these things or other things and have some serious health issues. It’s really not that hard to write names down and make sure everyone gets the right thing…. I didn’t have my recipe I threw it away after I payed and I threw away the bowl so I didn’t go back and say anything I don’t think they would’ve helped me out after the way the treated me in the first place. I was so sick I just wanted to feel okay I didn’t really care about the money or a free meal i was so over it at that point. I’m never going back there I’m literally traumatized. My first meal turned into not eating at all for the whole day and recovering from being sick. Go on...
Read moreI visited this Chipotle on Saturday 1.12.2019 around 5:45pm. Walking in I noticed that there were about 3 people in line waiting for food, one person for a to-go order and another at the cashier. There was an employee at the register and two employees behind the buffet line. What i thought would be about a 10 minute turn around time to get my food turned into about 25 minutes. The employee behind the buffet on the meat side was running low on everything and calling food back to the preparer every other minute. The employee on the veggie side of the buffet was completely overwhelmed and it showed because the orders were coming in non-stop. The store was definitly understaffed for the time and day. I looked in the back and there were two employees casually talking amongst themselves and didnt offer to help the front line. The buffet counter was a MESS. There was food everywhere because the employee was literally plopping food into the bowls but I couldnt blame the frontliners because there was not time to clean up. The manager walked in just as I was paying and he looked at the line which was three times as long now and instead of jumping in the line to help he started cleaning. I understand that appearance is everything but the people in line have been waiting over 20 minutes. When I finally was able to get to the register the employee there was trying to answer the phone and repeat my order back to me. He was so distracted he asked me more than once what drink I wanted. Management needs to look at their sale trends on certain days and times and plan coverage around that when making their schedule. You cannot expect good service, a clean store and fast lines when you have two employees during peak time. Management is very questionable at...
Read moreThe one star rating I gave this chipotle is not based on the food but rather the poor management of the location. This chipotle is probably one of the filthiest I have ever been to. On Sunday evening at 6o’clock the floors were filthy, food everywhere, there were only about three “clean“ tables. Crumbs and food on all of them and the chairs. I went to get utensils and none of the utensil bins were full and I asked the register attendant for a fork and he said that’s the only forks they had left, which was about five Forks! Five Forks in a chipotle with people lined up to the door, are you kidding me? There was a box filled with spoons sitting on top that had never been emptied and placed into the bins. Then when the employee who was the cashier came and brought me a knife he literally handed me (with a non-gloved hand) the knife by cutting edge not the grip. Naturally I threw those two away and took two more clean ones from the box. The garbage bins were overflowing, they probably had not been emptied all day long. So people were stacking their garbage on top of tables. I may even need to call the health department to go check on this place, it’s THAT BAD. I normally am not one to do these kind of reviews but this one cannot be overlooked. The management… And I use that term loosely, needs to be fired and somebody else needs to come and take over. It is an Embarrassment, and completely unsanitary especially in light of all the Covid Protocols that should be in place to ensure the most sanitary conditions to give customers peace of mind. Health dept....
