We needed coffee and breakfast. We drink local. Directions to get here on google a little bit off, it's in the back side of the office building you are sort of guided to. Dont be turned off by the exterior, vanilla, office building design; after all, its what's inside that counts. The interior is where the money for design was invested. It lends toward a sort of Naples, Italian vineyard scene. A table with trees growing up through it, a table with all the news announcements of the benefits of coffee. A pergola jutting from the counter. Sky above you. Not a fake painting nor real sky, but nicely done "daylight" scaping with clouds and blue sky. And a wall of plants. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I learned that the bagels are from a local bakery. The mini donuts are partially cooked, frozen, then finished baking onsite. The coffee beans, I did not explore in detail. Sorry. I did overhear about having some bags roasted and delivered, so my impression is that they are not typical beans. The flavor was good. The dry cappuccino was a bit wetter than I prefer, but it was still delicious and foamy. They have breakfast sandwiches also on croissants, which are fresh. They do a lunch menu closer to lunch. I chose the bagel...I was starving, so it went down fast and I vaguely remember that it was tasty; but it was consumed at a rate that would make a reptilian proud. FYI, once ordered, the staff does bring it to your table. Now covid19 has changed how we look at any establishment. If this was normal times, it would be a cool place to hang. There is no outside seating though. We sat at one end of the shop and realized after that bagel disappeared into our guts (but coffee was still being enjoyed) that this interior entrance into the office building was the busiest. It was where the cashier station was located, so people would stand near here. It was not a lot of people, but 2 at most and then they were near the table. It was noticable that many customers were wearing "scrubs". Out in the office foyer, we started to notice it began to look like patients and medical people of some kind. It was a large enough place and most everyone was carrying out, so we moved to the other side of the shop to finish up. I've got to emphasize that the staff wore masks. However, one staff, had moved their's down off the mouth as they talked to the other two staff. That person was distant from customers, but as usual, the science behind the method of spread is not clear with this person. The other staff wearing masks isn't protected from that person as they talked. Now, I've kept the usual pronouns out of that mask wearing description to keep someone from overreacting and firing an employee who definitely needs a job in this economy. The entire staff should be taught again about mask protection and how it works. Now, some will wonder why so much time spent on my explanation surrounding covid19 precautions at this cafe. When we exited the building from the cafe's entrance, two spaces down, at this side of the office building entrance, there are at least two signs in red stating, "covid19 testing parking only". There were cars parked in those spaces. This raises the probability of infected people visiting this building, and then the cafe. So, not just this cafe, no matter what the business, there should be exceptional precautions taken within all the offices here. Yes, I'd stop in again, but I...
Read moreMonster Cafe of the Year (2018). Now THIS is my kind of cafe... If you're looking for a great place to have coffee and a breakfast sandwich and/or pastries - this is your place. Excellent coffee, excellent service, excellent ambiance (don't forget to look up). Check my 57,000,003 reviews - I believe this is my 3rd or 4th "5 star review".
When I go out for breakfast in the morning, it's typically Panera Bread. However, since they're now watering down their scrambled eggs to the point they taste like water - or air - I went looking for a new spot. This is it. It's not easy to find. You need to go around to the back of the offices in front. This was my first time here and I'll be back...
P.S. I know it's only May so it may be a little early in the year to declare Premier Cafe "Cafe of the Year" - however, while I may find something equally as good (doubtful) - nothing is going to be better. So I feel very safe with...
Read moreMy wife and I was just looking to have a cup of coffee, and breakfast... we stumbled upon cafe premier and decided to give it a try. It's located in the Wellington preserve plaza. Near Wellington medical hospital. There wasn't much of a line in the morning, so I was able to take my time and order my drink. I was craving a Cortadito, and it was DELICIOUS! Milk... espresso.... the crema.... was just on point! Perfect combination! I really enjoyed it. My wife got her vanilla latte which she absolutely loved! The breakfast food items all looked so good, but we went with the classic ham and cheese croissant and my wife had her favorite almond croissant! Again, nothing but greatness! We have found a favorite new spot!! The staff was very friendly!
Overall, we really adore Premier Cafe and we couldn't be more happy to have it right around the corner. So thankful that there's finally a great coffee spot in...
