Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This was my first time at this location as well as the first time at this franchise. Unfortunately, this location wasn't as clean as it should be. Or could've been. The floors were kinda sticky, and customers were seen just leaving napkins on the floor ....the dishes were still wet at the food line, which to me i felt was unsanitary as water can create amd hold bacteria. Other places I've been to as well as worked have their plates dried, which is best.the silverware werent as clean either . The staff seemed like they didn't wanna eye contact kind of felt as if I was in an episode of the twilight zone..there was a young kid at the front register who was super friendly and cool and greeted my group with a smile to include sharing some wholesome jokes with not only my group but others as well.he did an excellent job at customer service .overall He was awesome and demonstrated excellent customer service skills and experience. The servers were on point with stocking the food line, so that was a plus, in my opinion. They were hustling, which I respect. I wasn't expecting them to have a full-blown conversation, but every time I or others would make eye contact, they would look away ...the restroom was absolutely dirty, and I'd leave it at that. The vibe honestly was pretty cool, and it was great being around families just enjoying time together. I didn't get to play at the arcades but they looked pretty cool and all functional which is always good in my book...I do recommend this place but a smile and cleaning is definitely needed ...I do look forward to visiting so long as it was cleaned up better.

Ps. The cinarolls were perfect and cooked well. I personally didn't enjoy the tattertot pizza 😕. Cheesy bread was perfect 👌. Pepperoni pizza is perfect .you may have a different feeling about these, but if we are same- same in this department, then you'll definitely do a happy dance as...

We were there dining on 10/8/22. The staff was polite and friendly but the cleanliness of the resturant was disgusting and should have been shut down for the rest of the day for a thorough cleaning. The men's bathroom was beyond imagination, full of disgustingly smells and unclean conditions. It smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. In an environment where there are many children whom do not have very good bathroom habits, the bathroom should be monitored by an employee for sanitation. This bathrooms cleanliness was ignored by the employees on the day I was there. After eating there is an area where you are asked to dump your food into a very small hole and place your tray on the side of this station. There was food everywhere, eaten and uneaten, because the hole above the garbage can is to small to easily dump all the food on your plate through. And again in a environment with alot of children, it's difficult for them dump their plates without missing the hole, creating a mess. The employees will often visit this area of the resturant to retrieve food trays, but I didn't see any of them clean all the food that was dumped around the "hole". It looked disgusting and no one would ever allow this at their own home. I can only imagine what the kitchen conditions were..the health depth needs to shut this resturant down asap. I was their at 5pm 10/8/22. DO NOT GO TO THE BATHROOM IN THIS RESTURANT, FROM THE WALLS TO THE FLOOR, SINKS, THE SMELL, DISGUSTING!.. SHAME ON YOU CICIS PIZZA! I didn't even mention that you shouldnt clean Every table and chairs with the same rag. Just a wet rag, no soap and water in a tub to keep the rag sanitized, nope just one rag for all the tables and chairs to be...

Cicis is a great place for a variety of flavors and we still enjoy it but the last couple of visits (one mediocre and a follow up redemption visit) we were left disappointed. The last visit was Christmas Time. One poor kid (employee) had to we're a Santa suit and he looked miserable, lol. The restaurant floor was filthy and sticky around the soda fountain even though there weren't a ton of people there. There were napkins, food and other items under some of the clean and ready to set tables and 2 tables had ALL the parmesan and pepper canisters. We had to interrupt them to ask for one. The pizza was good but they only had 3 kinds (cheese, pepperoni and bbq and 2 deserts to choose from. I wondered where the cool variation was like Hawaiian, veggie, etc. My 9 year old was will eat anything and was literally bored. Told me we should have just made a frozen pizza and pasta it would have been better. He wouldn't even drink anything the drink station was so messy. My husband was disappointed with the selection too. in one plate he had everything being offered including desert So he ordered the large bbq chicken for $20 some dollars. Two employees stood around the grill laughing and joking around with the kid trying to make them. When my husband went up to get his wings that were sitting they they apologized right away. They gave him the smallest order and cooked him some more. At least they did that and I do understand that after the last few years they may need to cut corners and reduce waste. That may be what is happening. I just hope something happens that they can do better...
