Aviation Coffee — Restaurant in Spring Hill

This was my first time going to Avaition Coffee and it was great! I got the Iced Caramel Latte and I personally think it’s better than Starbucks. You can taste the coffee! My boyfriend got a Blueberry Lotus Energy Drink with a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagel. The Lotus drink was very good, it gives you energy without making you feel jittery. The breakfast sandwich was AMAZING, the bagel was fresh, same with the eggs and cheese. Everything was reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly!...

Swung by for a quick coffee and a couple breakfast sammies before heading back to St.Pete mainly bc of the reviews… it looked like the most promising coffee/breakfast spot around & it didn’t disappoint- I’m from up north so seeing he has Taylor Ham was a bit of a treat as most spots don’t have it. The eggs were fresh, sandwiches were wrapped perfectly and the coffee was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend, this place will probably be a traditional stop when we’re up this way...

This place is amazing!! It's a great little food truck with parking and a seating area, not to mention absolutely delicious food and some of the best lattes I've had in a long time. The service is phenomenal as well. My boyfriend and I are on vacation and we've been getting breakfast here every morning, it's that good. Egg sandwiches, mini pancakes, coffee, iced drinks, and more. They also have kids "coffee" and pup cups! Try it out and support a veteran...
