Our experience here was the best. I believe our waitresses name was Rachel. That’s what it said on our receipt. I just had surgery and our usual Sunday breakfast place we go to would not make accommodations about the wait. But they did here, we made a reservation and my husband went into check in while I waited in the car with our 3 month old. The table was already and no wait at all. They were really busy and let us know beforehand that the kitchen was a little backed up but we didn’t think the food took long to come out at all. Rachel was really busy but still managed to take care of all her tables. Some of the girls just came and helped her getting us started with drinks or bring stuff out to us. This was such wonderful team work they all had for each other. Everyone was very kind. One big thing that I loved was that I wasn’t sure about ordering something because I didn’t know if I would like it or not and this one thing she did was wonderful. She told me “ if you don’t like something let me know and I’ll take care of it for you”!!! We all always feel bad complaining about our food or saying something if we don’t like it. But Rachel made us feel comfortable about trying something new! All servers should be like this! I feel this would avoid lots of customers negative ratings. The food was amazing! And gave good portions, we were stuffed. This will be our new breakfast place every Sunday. The display of respectfulness, hospitality and teamwork is so refreshing to see! I feel you don’t see it anymore now a days. Whoever the manager is, know you have a great team! Well done! It is my birthday today and it was a wonderful start to my day with just coming home from the hospital yesterday. Thank you for such wonderful service. We...

Techno interior meets interesting treats....

We slid in right before noon. Industrial decor greeted us as they seated us right away. Yay!

Asia, the girl, not the continent, was our very capable First Watch-er. She ensured that our inaugural visit to this location made a great start to my birthday day! Yes, it's true!

My Fab One order a 2 for YOU meal. She got the 1/2 Roast Beef and Havarti cheese sandwich with a Cobb Salad. I got the Chicken Salad Melt sandwich along with a cup of fabulous broccoli and cheddar soup.

We both thoroughly enjoyed the uptastes our tastebuds were taking in.

Ohhhh! Let me not forget to mention the Kale Tonic Fresh Juice! My fresh companion sipped on one of these as we dined. Now, I know what you're likely thinking, "Kale? Nope! Not gonna try it!" Yeah, that was my thought wave too. Until she gave me a quaff. The blend of kale, fuji apple, cucumber and lemon tipped the kale scale. I am now konvinced that THIS kale koncoction is king! First Watch Won with that One!

After reading some of the other reviews, I note some reviewers feel the prices may be a tad high? I guess that is a per person judgment call. What you are NOT paying for is your basic eggs off a flattop griddle with a slice or two of bacon thrown in. You ARE paying for a fantastic fantasy of flavors brought together by folks with a flair for no fear.

Expand your eating envelope and give First Watch a 'lick'.... Tell them John & Fab...

Edit: The managers are greedy and portions can be small, also fruit has been bad/rotting. Lost three stars; give me what I paid for.

The food here is amazing. I'm absolutely baffled that a REAL resturant like this exists, especially for as cheap as it is (granted the ingredients aren't amazing quality but they ARE much better than what you'll find at the majority of resturants). I've gotten the chicken breakfast tacos (twice, one time was ok the other time was better than that) and a few breakfast meals. The breakfast meals are solid, the butter isn't the fake trash or cheap stuff from the stores, the meats are ok but taste a little dead, like the live nutrition has died, perhaps from them storing them too long rather than rotating in order to save money or "avoid waste" as they would call it, lol. All around I am very impressed and I will be back:) I am very particular about the quality of my food, you are what you eat. I wouldn't prefer to wat here over home cooked food, but I WOULD prefer to eat here over any if the competitiors except perhaps small businesses, but just because it's a small business doesn't mean it's a good...

For a Breakfast/Brunch chain restaurant, First Watch is one of our favorites. Most of their food is sourced locally, and fresh made. Their seasonal juices are excellent, as is the food. They do get busy, so you can definitely expect to wait if you go during a peak time, but the staff is pretty efficient at turning tables once guests are done. Today I had the Kale Tonic to start, which is a delicious blend of kale, apple, cucumber, and lemon. To eat I had the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos. There are three tacos in the order, which believe me is more than enough for my appetite. The tacos are filled with eggs, cajun chicken, chorizo, and cheese, then topped with fresh made pico, and avocado, served with black beans on the side. The tacos were flavorful, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff was kind and attentive, making this trip another great experience.

It was our first time visiting First Watch, and we definitely will be returning! My husband and I both ordered the lunch special: 1/2 sandwich with soup or salad for $11. The sandwiches and salads were amazing. In fact, I can not think of any restaurant that compares to the First Watch unique menu. It was more than enough food, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Our waitress (Rachel) went above and beyond when we told her we had not been there before. She suggested several items that were ordered most by customers. Rachel returned to our table multiple times to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. If I could give this quaint restaurant more than 5 stars, I would. The only downside: they close at 2:30 pm, serving breakfast, brunch & lunch only. I can't wait to try their breakfasts on our next visit.
