Horrible employees! The staff from Sunday July 7, 2019 at around 6:45pm were lazy and disrespectful. Me and my family decided to have some of the fine ice creams Cold Stone offers but having to deal with a lazy employee who had zero tolerance to my kids (3 & 7) was very frustrating. Lets start with everybody minding their own business and nobody caring for the customers who enters the facility. We were not greeted and the employee stood there waiting for me to tell him what to do. I mean, I get it, people may be tired and what not, but on a Sunday, next to the movie theater and working on an Ice Cream facility where families come to enjoy with their love ones and be treated like if we are bothering in some way; its unacceptable. The employee with a funny hairstyle ( dreads or something) was annoyed because my wife and I were asking our kids what they wanted. Probably he was in a hurry or the fact that we are a hispanic family then he felt we should be treated differently. After telling him that our first cup was chocolate he served it and stood there waiting for me to say something else. He finally asked if I wanted toppings on it and I told him no. He immediately turn around to another employee, complaining and trash talking while saying NO with his head. While doing so, all I asked was “No? Why NO?” He was surprised that I noticed him and start playing dumb. Me and my family were confused by his ignorant reaction and decided to leave. He stood there, extending the cup over to us and we left. This behavior is so disappointing. An establishment meant to serve families and the fact that they have ignorant people who are not tolerant to kids for whatever reason should not be working here. Read moreHonestly, i’ve never had a bad experience product/order wise but let me tell you..The customer service here is pretty much non-existent. I myself work at a popular ice cream chain and understand what it is like to be slammed and understaffed but that is no excuse to treat paying customers poorly. I went in at about 7:45 on a Sunday, I ordered a simple “Oh Fudge” shake, no problem there except I was asked 3 more times by two different people what my order was just so they could ring me up... But the way the family behind me was being treated was just awful. The father was rudely told that he couldn’t get what he had originally wanted because they didn’t have anymore of that specific flavor or cones made up (keep in mind this is hours before they close) then the man who was helping him just yells out “Ok I can help whose next” without even letting this poor man choose another option!! I was so surprised that actually happened. Then the daughter was told she couldn’t get the toppings she wanted because they were out of that too. What kind of ice cream shop runs out of ice cream, cones AND toppings? The employees have no form of communication with each other at all. Read moreI'm a little late for this review but a month ago I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and this "goth" looking girl wouldn't give me my cake at 12 (which was the time of pick up) because I ordered online. She saw me at the window waiting and ignored my existence, so then I called and she rudely hung up on me, came outside gave me my order and all I told her was "you shouldn't hang up on your customers." She looked at me, smiled and said "whatever" and then flipped me off! After that, I had made a complaint to Cold Stone and they pretty much gave her a slap on the wrist and said that they are going to retrain her. How can you retrain someone with horrible customer service? How did she get this job to begin with? I will never step into this specific cold stone again! The way their employees treat their customers are a reflection of the company! I can't believe the management even gave her a second chance!
