I left with what i thought were 2 freshly baked bags and tried it in the car on the way home only to find out that it was not the same as the haitian bread im used to eating. It wasn't bad, it just wasnt the dense and soft in the middle haitian bread we're used to eating. Not sure if this was just a bad batch or not but it tasted like regular whute bread. The bread didn’t seem all that fresh to me which seems like it would be their number one seller. I may be bias because there’s an amazing Haitian bread shop in Orlando that I grew up visiting and the shops in Tampa just do not do it for me. The patties were bottom tier in my opinion.
