Amazing staff, that works swiftly with great fluidity. Having returned for the first shift since 2016. Happend to be this past friday night.(thats normaly a busy night of the week) with the combined efforts our est.137++ tickets for the day felt like a tuesday night. Prep for the next day was knocked out early. The rest of the night was cleaning dishes as they were dropped and cake walking really. A lot of drivers going to close destinations like a revolving door back in as fast as they walked out. Only thing that could challenge the store on kings hwy & veterans is a power outage. Agressive wolverine deffense type tactics in the kitchen. What a well functioning power house. Now where are the raises!? And im not talking about the $0.25 raises. Those are for the birds. Recognize greatness and encourage longevity through improving general happiness umongst the hard working staff is a must. You will be amazed at the flourishing new growth of dedicated workers. And an improved work atmosphere. No one likes to work hard for little pay. Pay attention to who works hard and who sits and if you can't find anyone that sits ask every employee. They will tell you i promise. More importantly pay attention to who they compliment. That makes it easy to find the star players and the 2nd string. Normally we get pizza the way we expect from Pizza hut. However on this occasion I discovered that not all the ingredients are included in the title of the pizza selected for the big family box solution. Onions and peppers came on the barbecue chicken pizza which was only listed at the very bottom. When I order a pepperoni pizza I understand that that is what comes on the pizza and not anything else. When I order a supreme pizza that is what I expect. But since I am allergic to onions that whole pizza was unedible and had to be thrown away. Second, the breadsticks came without any sauce or marinara. Third, the chicken alfredo was overcooked and burned. And fourth, and most frustrating, was the fact that I had ordered and paid for extra cheese on both of the pizzas and did not get extra cheese. It was so blatantly obvious that someone purposely made the effort not to add extra cheese for whatever reason. I highly recommend it if you do any kind of ordering that you are very very specific. Their online ordering special instructions only allows for 16 characters which means the best thing for you to do is to ignore the online application...

I’m giving 5 stars to Olivia, not to Pizza Hut in general. This employee clearly needs MORE TRAINING, and is incredibly polite and patient on the phone when ordering, despite the numerous issues that happens. I’m a very patient person, I worked in the restaurant business when I was younger and I know what these newer employees go through! What concerns me is someone is yelling at her the entire time in the background instead of, A, picking up the phone and handling it themselves and using it as a training moment, and B, not preparing this employee enough to do handle simple orders. I don’t know who the manager is at this location, but they should be ASHAMED of themselves for not training and handling their employees better!
