Dami Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

We were buying at this business for many years , since 1998 why previous owners and today Sept 19/2025 I bought patelitos de carne tasted something acid at the first bite, a lady maybe the owner came out from the kitchen talking €¥^°π√§×÷ very mad instead apologize , maybe 🤔 is our mouth that we tasted acid the pastelitos ,and beside she say " NO VUELVA NUNCA" like she was kicking me out of the business , also I did a exchange for mini media noche I paid for the difference I have not eating yet at this moment but just in case that I have food poisoning after we eat than and I go to the hospital here is the picture which me luck 🤞hope nothing happens very sorry for my complain 😞 it was no my intention, and I wouldn't have done anything if the lady that came out from the kitchen had treated me kindly...

The worst customer service ever, I called to let them know that the 2 sandwiches I ordered came with Brown lettuce, no mayo and from the pictures you will see the smallest pieces of meat and chicken I have ever seen especially when they're charging you $8 and $9 a sandwich. I was gung up on and then my calls were forwarded, This place has the most chusma women answering. Low class customer service. This place used to be amazing, my place to go to every morning, but the staff have changed and the costumer service now it’s the worst, they are always rude, never willing to work, they have attitude towards costumers, never say thank you or greats you back. Literally this place have change a lot and the food it’s amazing but their staff ruins everything. I had enough never coming here again.
