Diced- Country Walk — Restaurant in Florida

I had the pleasure of dining at Dice Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff mathew ,who was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The service throughout the evening was impeccable, with every employee going above and beyond to ensure a perfect dining experience.

The food was nothing short of superb! Each dish was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. It’s clear that the chefs at Dice Restaurant take great pride in their work, and it shows in every bite. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a great meal, this place will not disappoint.

So i am giving diced 4 stars because my family loves this place. But also because even though the experience was a little … “eehh” it was quickly resolved.

When we walked in it didnt look to busy .. but i should have known better . DICED .. a brand new opened location still in a semi- pandemic .. (uber-doordash) lol

But i wasnt too worried about it . We waited for a while then received our order .. and it was all wrong . Then it was missing a bowl when they fixed it ..

The forbidden rice was extremely hard .

But like i said , they fixed everything except the rice because it was all the same .

Customer service was fantastic .. and extremely attentive . The girl working the register with a bleach blondish ponytail was so sweet and thorough with our order she made sure not to make any mistakes .

Im a little disappointed with how things are in general in the world today. Costs have gone way up and quality/ portions have gone way down. I paid $17 for a salad and because I request that I get iceberg lettuce as a base(cheaper than spinach and spring mix) I’m forced to get a smaller portion. Salad as most people know, is not a very filling meal unless given an abundance of veggies, but because I make that request I am given the smaller bowl meant for rice, beans etc. $17!!!!! You pay less at an actual restaurant with real customer service and greater quality ingredients. Every diced I go to seriously lacks true customer service.
