Never had a better pizza, super staff, honest ready times.

After an excellent experience with a second order a few days after my first excellent time ordering (the employee on my second order was fabulous, bright, super attitude, efficient), I just happened to be in the area on my way to Pasco County I think about 9:00 pm hoping to place a third order. I started the order online and before I paid online, the website said the pizza would be ready in 29 to 65 minutes. I didn't have time to wait, but was EXTREMELY PLEASED they reported the possible time rather than giving me the "delayed airplane" expected time when they say 30 minutes and it ends up being several hours. Didn't get my pizza on the travel, but then they didn't delay my trip. Much appreciated.

May 12, 2019. First time ordering from this location. On Sunday May 12, 2019 Mother's Day our family was meeting at great grandmother's house for pizza and ice cream. I was supposed to get the pizza, but I was running late and needed one of the other family members to pick up the order at 1:30 pm so we could all arrive about 2:00 pm. This location was selected just because one of the family would be driving right by it on their way to great grandmother's house. Odd how you find a great place for pizza.

I started the order online early this morning and then revised it a few times based on family texts as we prepared for Mother's Day. The web site ordering form held my evolving order through the day even including a change in password when I couldn't remember the one I registered with. I clicked on submit the order at 1:09 pm -- later than I had planned. I ordered the food shown at the end of this review.

The pizza order was just being packed up when my son-in-law stopped by to pick up the order about 1:30 pm.

The order was perfect, nothing was missing.

Everything from the pizza order was still warm when I arrived late at 2:15 pm with the ice cream.

The pizzas were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their favorite and I discovered the PACIFIC VEGGIE with Garlic Parmesan White Sauce was just as good as my daughter said. Really good.

The WISCONSIN 6 CHEESE PIZZA was one of the best cheese pizzas I have eaten.

SUMMARY:

Online ordering: Excellent, easy and very user friendly.

Time to complete the order: Excellent. It was ready when they said it would be ready.

Quality of Ingredients: Excellent. That WISCONSIN 6 CHEESE PIZZA had some very good cheese.

Quality of Cooking: Excellent, nothing burned or undercooked or greasy or uneven. The seasoning was especially well done.

Overall Experience: Excellent.

I ordered food this evening. After a hour of the food still not arriving I went to the tracker to see where my order was at. This is when I see my order was canceled. I called into the dominos store where my order was placed. This is when Shawn answered and said my ordered was canceled due to running out of ingredients to make the pizza. I said this is extremely unprofessional, I never received a phone call (you have to put your phone number when placing a delivery) or even a email my order was canceled! It’s after 7pm now and myself and my children have not ate and we just got home from evacuating from the hurricane. He said well we did call coke customers and apparently your call never went though. I asked for a gift card in the amount of my order and he said no he can’t do that. I than asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to me and than said bye-bye (in a very sarcastic voice) and hung up on me. I get it, this is domino’s but what has happened to customer service or common sense. If you’re out of ingredients how about call the customer and ask if they’d like a different toppings or to order something different. I WILL never order again from this domino’s. This store is seriously a joke! The manager of this restaurant should be VERY proud of their employees!...

Awful experience, end to end. Pizza arrived 50 minutes late, though we ordered it an hour in advance. This was for a kids birthday party, and it was not complicated… Just four large pizzas is all we ordered. They didn’t ring all of them in originally, and then called to give us a revised time while also demanding more $; and they missed the new estimate by almost a half hour. When I called to inquire I was transferred to the manager Dave and he was not helpful or apologetic really just told us to keep on waiting. You would think pizza delivery would be figured out by 2018 but this location simply...
