Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Dominos employee for this location for a few months as a driver. The people inside who work hard to make your food don’t get paid enough nor do they complain about the money. They are always so friendly and great fun to be around. They the drivers I worked with everyone, everyone has great attitudes and personality would give them 10 stars. They are always making sure your food is top quality every time. The only I can say is that most people don’t respect them enough cause they get paid $9 on the road & $13 in store and mileage is .42cents per mile. Some days you make good money other days you make nothing except mileage. Most people out in Lehigh are very poor and act pretty much like Californias with tipping their delivery drivers. Remember the $4.99 delivery charge isn’t for them it’s for the store. So every tip counts $5 is great for the drivers. The GM of this store is definitely something when you call off one day or two days in one month for personal reasons he will threaten terminate you. Out of the 7 ish months I was there I only took off 6 days. The gas lighting from the Gm was definitely next level. And the respect that I had for him went out the door once bring it up before my last week of leaving which keep in mind I give him a 7 week notice of me leaving. Tonight my husband placed a order and then went to another store to grab a few things came back waiting still for over 35 mins for a lg pizza while waiting he asked a employee if he could use the restroom employee stated sorry our rest room is out of order ! Ok so him and another customer hear a toilet flush then water running and then the hand dryer oh snap bathroom working it was an employee using the rest room! So my husband still stood there getting more and more upset so another employee come out from the back and proceeds to restroom now my husband is really mad so after this employee came out he asked the man your employees told me restroom was out of order. Well the man told him it is to customers because customers use to much toilet tissue and leave the restroom nasty and employees don't want to clean up after nasty people well with this being said I will never get pizza from your establishment ever again. Thank you for being rude disrespectful and straight out uncaring about a paying customer let alone a disabled one thank u again for making such a poor judgement call because we are the type of customers your forgetting use internet and write plenty of reviews and will definitely pass it on about how u treat your...

I am not a person who eats a lot of pizza so when I do I want it to be good. The Lehigh Dominos is certainly not a franchisee I would consider outstanding in any way. This is an average pizza chain store with less than average food quality and the local customer service is nearly nonexistent. When placing an order their attention to detail is lacking with special requests such as “well done bake” have been ignored and toppings omitted altogether on several occasions. In addition during the Covid days the store manager refused to honor the “Two minute Guarantee” for curbside service. The fact that the store goes rogue against its franchise charter is a red flag to me. Perhaps they choose to ignore the cleaning standards as well. In summary; they are hit or miss on quality and don’t bother complaining when your order is not correct or late.
