First time coming here tonight as my son asked me to pick up his order for him. He placed an online order and said it would be ready for pick up in 20 mins as quoted on the app. I get there and pull into the drive thru. Two cars were ahead of me. No one moved for 10 mins. When I get to the window I said I am picking up an online order for Cam. The man looks around comes back and says it’s not ready. By this point it’s been 30 mins or more. I asked how much longer? He said it is about to come out of the oven and if I could go to the back of the line. I said ok and drove away. I decided to run to Taco Bell quickly while I wait to get an icee. I was gone 5 mins. I come back and now there are about 6 cars in the line. I decided to park and go inside to get the food. I see a counter down a hallway and hear lots of coughing down there so I decide to stand back. Two more ppl came in after me and just walk past me to get their food. I stood near the front of the store for a few mins as two employees are right there making pizza. Neither say anything like do you need help, can I help you? I finally ask the girl with glasses and tattoos on her legs if she could please get my order for Cam. I said I waited in the drive thru and it must be done by now. I said someone is coughing repeatedly up front and I’m a germaphobe so I don’t feel comfortable going there. She looks at me with this demonic stare like how dare I ask her to do something. She says I can pick up my food at the counter. Again I say I do not want to go there because someone is coughing. If she could please get the food and hand it to me where I was standing. I did not think this was a crazy request. I was just asking for help. I was super polite in my tone to her. She goes around looking for the order and comes over to me. I put a thumbs up and say thank you so much I really appreciate it. As I am looking at her, she has a horrible irritated look on her face and says absolutely nothing to me. Horrible horrible way to treat customers. Read moreI was trying to claim our free pizza online, the website said it was temporarily not working, so we went to the Domino's location to order in person. When I went inside I was greated nicely. I told the young man what the issue was and he said oh we don't do the emergency pizza anymore. I told him thst I just saw the commercial on the TV and my coupon says I have 3 dayseft to use it. He said I can't retrieve that here, we don't do those any more. I left very confused and tried to place my order online again...this time it went through and I sent my girlfriend into get it. No issues. Got home and the pizza was just awful! It was dry and old looking like it had been under a heater too long! It bothered me the rest of the evening so I called and asked for a manager I spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager named Daniel. He is unprofessional, gave me attitude, laughed at me, and gave an excuse as to what happened, not offering an apology. Read moreI placed my order around 5pm and scheduled for pickup at 7pm for Carside Delivery. I arrived before 7pm and parked right in front of the door. I waited several minutes, but no one came to the car. I checked my order status with my phone, and it said only that my order was received around 5pm. The online status indicated that my order had not even begun preparation or cooking yet; therefore, I could not notify that I was there for pickup because the app still had the "I'm Here" button grayed out. By this point, it was 7 or 8 minutes after the hour. The staff made no effort whatsoever to come outside to check on me or to bring out my pizza, and they made to effort to update the status of my order. I was forced to go inside to check on the status (fortunately, it was ready). Furthermore, I prepaid for my order and added a tip to the order, in advance, understanding that someone would bring the pizza to my car. I feel cheated and disrespected. I would never have given a tip knowing the staff would not honor my request for Carside Delivery. With service like this, I will not return, and I would not recommend this...
