Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered from this location a few months ago and the sandwiches and pasta were pretty good. The driver didn't have everything we ordered so they had to come back. I ordered the same thing a few days later and everything was burned and dried out and it wasn't even the right order again. They don't give you your money back so I got a $10.00 credit on my account. The next time I go, they say they can't find the credit on my account. I figure they just messed up in the computer, so I paid in full. The pizza was horrible. Today, I called before going there and my credit WAS there. The only reason why I tried one more time was because I had that credit. I ordered 1 buffalo chicken pizza. It was burnt and there was no buffalo on it at all! Not only that, but the toppings were very minimal. I am giving up on Dominos. I had already tossed a few pieces that were burnt to a crisp. I didn't know my bf was going to take pictures or I wouldn't have...

Ordered a pizza through the app while sitting outside of the store.. patiently waited for the order. Went to pick it up and went back to my car. Something told me to take a look at it and I'm glad I did because the pizza was wrong.. I took it back in the store and they gave the option of adding the topping that was missing on it and running it back through the oven or getting a fresh pizza. Obviously I chose a fresh pizza because who wants overcooked pizza..

Well the pizza was overcooked.. probably the same pizza just fixed and thrown back in the oven. I had faith that they corrected their mistake and didnt bother to check it again. Calling it a loss at this point. Having sandwiches for dinner because after working 12 hours, I don't want to cook and just wanted to come home. Guess i will go to pizza...

I ordered from this Dominos 2x in the pace 8 months, this is the worse Dominos location in the Sarasota/Bradenton Area. my order tracker told me my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but it took 50. This also happened when I ordered here in the spring. I was hoping the order this past spring was a fluke, but it was not. To make it even more complicated they don't even use the Tracker at this location. I prefer ordering Dominos from the Lockwood Ridge location. The Lockwood Ridge, Sarasota, location is fast, efficient, and always makes the pizza taste the best. I'm never ordering from the Lakewood Ranch Blvd....
