Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Everyone has a particular style of pizza that they prefer, so my review is based on the service and quality of the food, not on if they can do a "New York pie" or a Chicago pizza.

I've tried a lot of the pizza places in the area. For delivery, this Domino's Pizza is the best.

Without fail, the food is delivered quickly and is still hot (or cold for sodas and salads) when it arrives. The restaurant always gets the pizzas right and they do a good job of keeping the ingredients on the correct side of the pizza when we do a half-and-half.

A driver once forgot to include the extra sauces I had ordered. I didn't realize this when I accepted the order. I got everything inside and was serving up for the family when I noticed the missing sauces. It was about that time that the doorbell rang. When I went to the door, my Domino's driver was back. He left my house and realized he had not delivered the sauces. So, he drove straight back to the store, picked them up and delivered them - all without me making a call or complaining. That's how service is done right!

I happen to be a guy who enjoys the flavor of a Domino's Pizza. And...these are the best I've had from any Domino's up and down the east coast and in the midwest.

I really want to thank the manager on duty tonight and the staff at my local domino’s on northcliffe dr in Spring Hill, in my opinion they went above and beyond tonight especially in this world where good customer service and kindness is becoming extinct. Unfortunately the app glitched when I chose the gps option for for my location and when it picked up the house next door instead of the house I was at i was so tired having been working so much i didn’t even catch it. The neighbors next door decided to keep the food despite me going out and knocking on their door a couple minutes after it was delivered and the manager was kind enough not only to stay on the phone with me while I was in my exhausted frustrated state of mind looking for my pizza lol. He then offered to either refund or remake and re-deliver my pizza despite being very backed up and let me know it could he up to an hour or more longer we decided to have it redelivered. I don’t think it was even another 20 minutes and they were back at my door with my order. Definitely some of the fastest and nicest customer service I’ve had...

I’d give zero stars if I could! They have NO idea what they are doing! Last time,I ordered my food, and watched the tracker…guy drove right by my house…I called the store and a girl answered, when I explained, she had no idea what to do…I literally had to tell her what to do…she also sounded high…when she called me back she said my pizza was with another driver, mind you it’s already 25 minutes late at this point..when I get it, it’s cold, way over sauced, almost no cheese, beyond greasy, and I had ordered extra mushrooms on mine and there was only 15 small mushrooms on the whole pizza! I paid for extra! This seems to be a frequent problem with this location…the only good thing about this location is their driver dalton…this time, again I ordered a 12” Alfredo mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms… there was maybe 17 small pieces of mushrooms, it was over sauced, and undercooked. My wings were so greasy that the box fell apart when I picked it up from the doorstep, but they were WAY undercooked! I had to throw them out because they were pink in the middle…17$...
