Beware of false advertisements from this particular location- and if they do accept the special deals, wait some time to how they will try to avoid it and you will see they don’t like customers using special deals and so forth

Today Thursday, November 14th at around 6:40 pm I saw a carry out deal from Dominoes Website. I called to order (Usually there’s no issue).

Then this time is about the second or perhaps the third time, they put someone on the phone to tell me, they don’t take special deals over the phone- It has to be ordered online (I already knew the negative he was trying to pull)

So I said: “If I order it online, will it still be considered valid?”

He plainly said: “I don’t know, we don’t see coupons and so on”

I got tired of it and hanged up. They deserve this nice 1 star review from me.

As a customer I prefer honesty and loyalty- & they don’t meet this standards. Is all about using deals as a form of customer bait and then getting you to spend the highest- Not in their best interest for customers to be treated with loyalty to what they offer

If they don’t like giving deals, all they have to do is take out from their website and that’s it… Nope, that’s not their solution I guess.

Someone might be interested in knowing the Truth to this particular location....

This is how we received our pizzas. The pizzas was left on the ground outside the property near the street. I contacted dominoes and a young lady answered the phone. When i told this young lady what happened she hung up the phone or we got disconnected. When I called dominoes back she was laughing when she answered again. The lady sent us replacement pizzas that we couldn’t chew. They were overcooked or reheated. The second person that delivered the pizzas name is Jay. What a remarkable young man. Jay continued apologizing for the horrible treatment. It almost made up for the horrible service. I was not going to do a review but thought about how many people will endure the horrible treatment we received so I change my mind and decided to warn others. I almost forgot to mention that the buy two or more for 6.99 deal is not true. We was being charged...

Order from here regularly throughout the last two years and this year they’re service has been awful - the last five orders I’ve placed were messed up in one way or another and could never be remedied. One time I called and they told me they couldn’t make me another pizza because they were too busy. Another they told me they only make the pickup orders and let the delivery orders go because they really don’t have drivers to take them. I’ve waited over three hours and had to go inside and constantly harp on them to bake the pizzas I’ve ordered hours ago. There’s no manager, evidently no owner and the kids working there are so overran with orders there’s no way they can help everyone. I think they should be shut down until the owner fixes the problems there’s clear health code violations I could see with all the time I spent looking over...
