Terrible. I didn't even sit down. I immediately voided my order. I was about to drop $62.11 plus a $12 tip. The place is disgusting. I feel like I need a tetanus shot after being in there. The food looked good from the reviewer I saw on YouTube. He even promoted 20% off your order if you mention his video till the end of March. I went there with my father with the intentions of getting a Veggie Pizza and two Eggplant Stacks. I walked in and met with the cashier, Kailey D. to place my order. I've never been there. I told her about the promotion in which she rolled her eyes. I place the food order and I ordered a fountain drink from the dirty spattered fountain machine and my father ordered a lemon water in which Kailey held out a Styrofoam cup of lemon wedges for my father to pick his own out after he just opened the door a hundred people just opened. I was turned off she allowed that. All I could think is mold in the caps the fountain drinks came out too. Behind her was a trash bin overflowing with trash for every customer to see. The bucket itself was splattered with who knows what for the last 40 years since the place opened. Next to the Iced Tea Machine splattered with unknown liquids and whatever else sat a plastic bin with standing water in which what I assumed were food utensils were swimming in. After feeling a little disgusted I saw my father was choosing a table I decided as I was walking over to look at my receipt. Didn't look like my 20% was taken off. I mentioned it to the cashier and she tells me it ended in February. I told her the guy in the video said the end of March. I just told her to cancel everything. I messaged the guy in the video and he tried to make it right saying he could get the owner to get me a free pizza. That was nice of him but I'm going to decline. I didn't feel...

6/25- I have pizza with my mom at least once a week, she is 83 with the onset of dementia. And for some reason she loves Big Apple Pizza and can still remember it is pizza night. Called to get my weekly pizza. Was told 30 minutes, went to pick it up. They could not find my pizza and then the guy making pizza very rudely says "I don't have a ticket for you, you called the wrong store. I said no, I called the Stuart location as I have once a week, for months (at least 6 months). I said to him, that he was the one I spoke to on the phone. He then replies Not me and says show me the number you called and kept repeating that and repeating it in a very nasty tone. When I pulled up the number on the phone to show him, he walked away from me on their phone speaking to a customer. Was told they could make me a pizza, but I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I just left.

1 star is too high. Very rude and unprofessional, was spoken to like I was stupid. Honestly The pizza always takes longer than they say The place is old and smells weird. Staff is rude. The pizza is no better than the pizza from my child's school. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the approach taken was wrong and the worse part, not one time did they apologize. I know my one pizza a week is not going to impact a thing, but show some respect to the people who spend their hard earned money in...

We USED to eat here. And DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDERING as they forget to check the orders. The past few times we have had issues with general customer service and we are done with this place. We have lived in town over 50 years and frequented since they were at Martin Square Mall.

When we got pizza a couple of times ago, I called in the order and was on my way to pick it up (5 minutes past the time I was told to pick up) and while at the light to turn near the plaza, an obnoxious employee asked if I was picking my pizza up. It was very rude. Tonight, I ordered online and when I went at the listed time to pick up, they were not aware of the order and only then picked the slip up off the machine. (There was only one table of 3 people in an otherwise empty restaurant.) you pay in advance (and I left a $5 tip) when ordering online, so I was stuck. I went and got gas and came back about 17 minutes later and the pizza was ready. Other than a very poor “sorry”, I was not offered anything for my time or inconvenience. It’s the thought and intent that counts. A decent apology or a couple of knots would have gone a long way. After all that, the pizza was barely warm so we heated it up when I got home. We are just over bad customer service here and are crossing this restaurant off our list. In any event, DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE...

I've gone to the Big Apple Pizza shops in both Stuart and Hobe Sound. The pizza is really good: crust that's crispy on the bottom but still chewy, good cheese and sauce. The service is very friendly. And they offer a variety of daily specials. It's good for both ordering out and dining in (although the shops are pretty basic). But there's one thing. Tonight we ordered a pizza for pickup, and their fancy AI telephone system told us that the price would be less than $20. But when I paid, the girl at the store gave me price that was higher than $20. It turns out that they tack on an undisclosed 3.99% "Operation Fee" (see the accompanying photo). What the heck is that?!? Don't you hate that kind of chintzy nickel & dime stuff?!? Just charge an honest price, don't try to slip in a little bump without telling me!!! In my opinion that's deceptive and underhanded. It's a shame because they make good pizza.

We ordered 3 pizzas at 11am so we could eat them at lunch time and they told us to pick them up in approximately 40 minutes. We went ay 12pm and the pizzas were not even at the oven. We had to wait almost 30 more minutes to get the order. My first time here and very disappointed, it is better for them to be honest with customers and say we cannot get the pizzas ready by the expected time. Furthermore, the lady who took the order was very rude and seems to know nothing about customer service. Remember that without customers you will not have business. Our lunch time was spent waiting for the pizzas. Not recommended at least for lunch time.
