I will start by saying that the food here is absolutely delicious! We've only been to this location twice so far, and tonight we tried a lot of different things; pizza, sandwiches, stuffed cheesebread... All of it was phenomenal! 10/10 do recommend! They got our order exactly right, our meal was hot when we got there, and we had no problems with the food whatsoever. I'm also thrilled that they have actual tables so you can dine in! (We live too far away to do delivery or carry-out, but sadly this is the closest Domino's to us and the food is just too good! Lol)
Now here's why I'm conflicted... What they could improve on (and the reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 stars) is their customer service and training their employees correctly. We had originally tried to call our order in because we were already on the way and I was trying to drive rather than having to put an order in online with my phone, but when we called and asked if they had any coupons or deals going on and what they were & all, we were told NO in a sort of rude way by the girl who answered. She said they didn't have any deals or specials! Like, are you serious??? (I had ordered a few days ago and I KNEW they had a few deals going on, I just couldn't remember exactly what they were.) Needless to say, we hung up, pulled the car over, and took like 15 minutes longer to order using Dominos' website (where we easily found the deals we were asking about in the first place). Lame, right? But we would still prefer to place our order online rather than dealing with incompetent employees who don't even know their specials and want to take the lazy way out by saying there aren't any. Wow.
While we were there, we also overheard a female employee yelling at other employees. Not sure what it was about but they were yelling a lot and basically going off on their coworkers/employees, which comes across as unprofessional and is not something you want to hear while trying to enjoy your dinner.
Also both times I've been here so far, the employees were not very nice. No smiles, no pleasant greetings, just "What name is your order under?" and "That'll be X amount of $." then "Here you go." basically. Lots of eye rolling and frowning. It's honestly pretty depressing when it looks like all of your employees are the literal definition of miserable. There are better ways to get things done than yelling and usually happy employees will work harder for you, just saying! And train them right??? Teach them how to treat customers and definitely teach them what your specials are. You know, things that should be basic at any restaurant.
It's just a shame to me that you could have EASILY had 5 stars just for the quality of the food that we experienced here, but it was completely killed by your staff's terrible attitudes. :(
Side note for other customers: If you order thin crust pizza, I strongly recommend getting extra cheese and sauce on it, otherwise you're just going to end up with cold cardboard. Sad but true. If you order right, the food is...
Read moreWell it looks like they took down the review that I posted... I have the voicemail where the delivery driver tried to tell me I them the wrong address when I've been living here for a couple years now and I did not say northeast I said Southeast and my pizza was cold when it made it here and they refused to do anything about it... except for say well you can cancel the order so then I would have to go hungry and wait for some other food to get here.. I literally sat outside in my yard waiting for them to bring the pizza and then on top of it they went and delivered another order before coming back to deliver mine after accusing me of giving them the wrong address... I wish I could post the voicemail because according to the driver it was all my fault... I mean they wouldn't even send the driver back to the store to get fresh pizza so it wasn't cold they literally went and delivered to other customers before bringing me my pizza why they accuse me of not knowing what my address is... Obviously I'm not the only one that has complaints of burnt food or stuff not showing up on time I don't know why you took down my other review but good for you the least that you guys could have done was at least made two fresh pizzas and had the delivery guy come back so my pizzas weren't going to be cold all that money down the drain for cold pizza and you wouldn't even try to do anything you guys just kept saying it was all my fault... Or they could at least have given me a refund or a free pizza for showing up like an hour after they said the delivery was supposed to be here and I sat in my yard and then they proceeded to sit there and accuse me of not knowing my own address... It's like I said I wish I could post...
Read moreif I could leave zero stars I would. They close at 1 AM and I came at 12:30 although it was a very bad time I thought they were still open. One gentlemen kept screaming at us saying that they were closed and the other gentleman started talking about the store saying “ The stores already clean we’re not cooking anything“. I can’t say any names because they didn’t have name tags but I can describe exactly what they look like. The attitude that I received was absolutely disgusting and rude. I get that they were cleaning up but the fact that their website as well as the posted hours on their door said 1 am. Maybe explaining nicely that we couldn’t place an order or their rules on closing duties, I wouldn’t be writing a review. The manager was standing there as well making two cheese pizzas as I was knocking on the door. It’s absolutely gross how some...
