I have not use your service before double check your records and find my name or last name? The call had to be interrupted as I was getting an incoming work call I did not (out of respect) click in any Groupon link and instead preferred to call and ask you, just in case I was not aware of any discount offered (this is very normal) NO I DO NOT expect or ask for 50% off, that would be extremely wrong. I respect and support local business and small business. Yes I did state in the past when I use Groupon "I" paid them 50% off all revenue. All I or any other customer would want is to be treated with respect when we are supporting YOUR business. You first offered 5% without me even asking, you were not truly listening but instead making assumptions when I stated what "I" paid Groupon when I used them in the past. You going from offering 5% off to then in a very offensive tone telling me ""This is your price take it or leave it" "$420 plus $150.00 and did not let me speak instead you were raising your voice at me all flustered while I was explaining there is ZERO hassle parking and its a full equipped large kitchen. WOW! how can that not be offensive or disrespectful? As it is normal, I googled your number to call back as the first time the call was not from my cell. I see a Groupon link. I do not click on that link but instead call you. I asked if there is any Groupon special; never asked for a discount since I saw the link. Really that is what got you upset? As a business owner professionalism should be practiced in daily basis, but at the end you do what works best for you, and if loosing business works for you then that's good too.

Sadly I didn't even get to that point as the person (actually sounded like the owner) was extremely disrespectful and offensive. As I looked for their number online for the second time (was not saved in my phone)I came across a link saying Groupon I did not even click on it and preferred to just called directly and asked just in case there was a deal I was not aware of, he instead of just sharing that currently there was no special, at first offered a 5% off and once he learned I was the same person who had to hang up (incoming work call) he got very upset and disrespectful this time even asking me to pay an additional $150.00 My hope his he reads this and allows himself to be professional for the next callers at the end we should not be punished for asking or for making a second call. All business need a large customer base to keep succeeding. I hope I am the only person who had to deal with this and this rating helps future callers get the best service. Helpful?

WOW! THANK YOU 'TEAM DON PAELLA' FOR A FABULOUS 4TH OF JULY FEAST!! You made our party a delicious success!

We hired Don Paella Catering for our 4th of July party, and could not be more impressed with the professional service, delicious food, and exceptional experience! Youry was so helpful and always answered my husbands many phone calls, emails and questions.

Talk about 'Dinner and a Show!' Augustin, Pedro and their associates were incredible! They arrived on time, set up without an any issues or delays, went straight to work and made us a fabulous Lechon, Paella de Mariscos, Paella de Pollo, Moros, y Plantanos, all of which were prepared to perfection and on time, for our 40+ guests.

Everybody loved the food and the presentation. After the dinner was served, they wrapped all the leftovers neatly in aluminum containers. We also hired 3 servers through Don Paella, and they were professional, friendly, hard working and extremely helpful with everything, from set up, to service, to clean up...what a great team! We rented tables, chairs, linens and silverware through Don Paella as well, all of which were delivered and retrieved efficiently. (The serving team set it all up, and helped me throughout the evening, bringing platters into/out of the kitchen, emptying trash cans, keeping tables neat, and serving our guests. They were awesome!)

We highly recommend Don Paella for any event, party, or family gathering that you have. The value, service and professionalism were exceptional, and the food was incredible!...generous in amount, beautifully presented, and prepared by a friendly, gracious and professional team.

We didn't have a covered outdoor area for them to cook under, but we provided a pop-up tent that worked out just fine. Our guests loved watching the cooking process and left with full bellies and full 'to-go' tins...plus we had more than enough food left over for ourselves too.

I'm going to try to make this as short as possible.

After weeks of research I decided to go with Don Paella because of all the wonderful reviews.

I called and spoke to a gentlemen who was very pleasant and professional. He guided me the entire way and even suggested some things that would benefit me financially which was refreshing.

The day of the party, the cook showed up, an older man. He was very professional and we spoke and had open communication which was great.

My issue was that although I established communication with him it was not reciprocated.

Here are my issues and because of these issues I will NEVER order from Don Paella again.

Food was served cold. We were shooting for a specific time to serve and it was cold.

Food had ZERO salt or flavor. When I asked the chef he told me that he cooks with little to no salt. Once again he NEVER communicated this to me.

Last and biggest issue was that there was never a follow-up call. They collected my money and that was it.

If you decide to go with Don Paella make sure you ask all these questions. I'm only writing this review to bring light to these small but important...
