Happy Easter! I asked three of the young workers feeding us and ākeeping america runningā if they were receiving holiday pay, and they aren't! While the store is busier than ever, on a holy day to some, when everywhere is closed and today is a day EVERYONE makes time to be with their loved ones to commune and celebrate, you wanna tell me some piece of work is so cheap they aren't even doing the bare minimum to show gratitude? towards their employees who are making so many sacrifices and legitimately feeding the community when no one else is? Are you kidding me?! I'm hoping the young lads are mistaken, and who ever owns this operation isn't degenerate selfish filth (my words not theirs). Truly a great disappointment. Everyone wants to know why the new generation ādoesn't want to workā they do! Just when it's worth it. They don't want to feel like a slave, to be a slave. The owner of this place, who ever is underpaying them and under appreciating them, should actually be disgusted in themselves. To be clear my 1 star review solely represents the Character of this person, not the work ethic of the employees whom they do not deserve. I order from here frequently, now I'll be telling the employees of better job opportunities I see throughout the area when I roll through. Thank you guys for doing such a great job! It's a constant grind, you all never stop and I appreciate you!!! ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI use to be a great fan of DD. Until I entered this one. I have never in my life walked into a dirtier store with more uncaring employees and management than I encountered here. I went here to apply for a job but while waiting for Shannon, I noticed that it looked extremely dirty everywhere.Floors, Counters, Case Fronts, Card Readers, POS System, Tables, You name it, it needed cleaning badly.. I canāt work in filth. Then I met the manager and was not impressed. In any way.I think she needs to add Clean and Welcoming Environment to her list of Customer Service Training Ideas. I was/am no longer interested in working for DD nor buying the donuts I had planned on getting. Nor will I ever again want their product. UPDATEā- I thought again and felt maybe I was being to harsh on DD based upon one storefront. So I went to three others. All storefronts that are controlled by this Shannon. I have to say. I WAS NOT WRONG. Each storefront was just as nasty, and the personnel as untrained as the first. So I stand by my statements. If anyone bothered to take their eyes off their phones and look around, I donāt think half of you would still care but more of you would see and be a bit sickened by the disgraceful way the food and drink is served to you. If not. You deserve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnderstand that this review is about one person. The rest of the crew are lovely. Ann, Maria, Ashley and the 2 Nicoles are fantastic. Then there is McKenna, she rude, lazy and has an attitude. One Saturday I had to have my order redone 3 times and then I complained. After that, she has made sure she makes me wait, doesn't put my order in purposely, tells the cashier to make me pull forward to wait again. I have been a loyal customer almost on the daily. Have made great relationships with the staff, but this one girl, she ruins your business. Don't know why you employee such a person. When I hear her voice through drive thru, I know my order is going to be wrong, and the wait forever. There is another Dunkin on my way to work so I think that's where I'll take my money. I love the girls I mentioned above and would hate to not see them in the morning. Those girls are the ones who keep customers for you, bust their butts to do a great job and then theirs the sour grape who disrupts the good you have in your store. There is only a handful who know how to make my mocha macchiato. That's a daily fight. I now have to taste it before I leave. However, kudos to Ann, Maria, Ashley and the 2 Nicoles. Those five are the only reason I...
