Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunate that this was the ONLY dunkin for miles and miles and we didn't really have a choice but to give this one our business. The girl that took my order was nice enough, but they were out of mocha. MOCHA. Seriously? The girl told me this was the third time this month that they were out of mocha......you'd think the owners would maybe get wise and start ordering more mocha? Hmmm. So I settle for something I didn't really want (long trip, needed some kind of coffee)....and what do you know? They're out of whipped cream too.

Okay....so I get over that, but now I have to use the bathroom. One of the restrooms is out of order....no biggie, at least it's not the men's room right? I follow a female employee back there.....she jets into the men's room and locks the door. Ten minutes later and I'm still standing there doing the pee pee dance. Ended up having to go across the street to use the restroom at the pilot and added another 15 minutes to my trip. Thanks for the experience, Marianna dunkin donuts. Now I know to stop at literally ANY other dunkin but this one if I plan to travel 10...

8:30am-9:15am TRASH!!!!! 😩Turkey Sausage cost the price of a MEAL!!!! Please keep in mind it's so unorganized that I left, placed a mobile order, came back 5 mins AFTER it should have been ready AND STILL WAITED 20 MINUTES!!!! & guess what lol 🗣️ FOOD IS COLD, Donuts hard as heck! Like you could count how many ppl were in there! I mean I seriously thought it was a bus load of individuals but no mam! No sir! A maximum of 8 ppl & a hand few of online orders (how do I know ... I asked the employee how many mobile orders is there Hun... Oh we're just making yours) 😳 WoW!!! It's one thing to wait on FRESH food, but to wait that long annnnd the food is trash 😭 so just to attempt to have to some peace of mind; we'll have to add the turkey, egg & cheese bagels & hash browns in the air fryer & attempt to salvage it SOME WAY 😔 y'all I literally just got off & just wanted something good & fresh to eat. Being hungry & having this kind of experience is just annoying really. Smh The Coffee, I got black coffee & hooked it up at the house. Other than that good luck to those that attempt...

This place has really gone down hill over the last year. I love dunkin… and there has always been a handful of good employees with good customer service… but 9/10 times my order is wrong. In general they will fix it, but today was the straw that broke the camels back.

I had a mobile order that contained 3 drinks (two were wrong, but I didn’t bring it up) a sandwich, a wrap, hashbrowns, and a pack of doughnut holes. The lady at window was short tempered… nothing new… but when I brought up that I hadn’t been given the donut holes she was very snarky and told me “those are an extra charge, if you ordered them it would tell me” and shut the window. I pulled up my order to show her I ordered them… but she wouldn’t come back to the window.

I thought about going in… but I just decided today was going to be my last visit to this train wreck.

Do yourselves a favor and go to the coffee shop...
