If I could give 0 stars I would. I liked going to this one because it is directly on my way to work and first time being about a month ago the person in the window was super nice, however numerous problems with dunkin itself, there is a number of stuff that is on the app as well as the menu and when you get to the store to be told they no longer have it, Salted caramel and chocolate croissant(which the app says is NEW but they no longer have) so this morning I go to the drive thru after ordering on the app, I ordered a drink, bacon egg cheese sandwich and a chocolate croissant, I pull to the window the lady hands me my drink and says thank you have a good day, I said I had other items, she said well its not ready you will have to.pull up front or come inside,I pull upfront, the guy brings me my sandwich, I said I am missing something, I then have to come inside for the drive thru person still have an attitude like its my fault, she said we don't carry those anymore, I said ok well noone told me that, she said im.trlling you now you ask for a refund on the app, I said well you were already to.me in drive thruand didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have the product. Read moreI stop here every now and again on my way back from the gym to grab a cup of coffee, and the woman who always works the a.m. drive-thru shift is awesome! I believe her name is Shawnee. A young Black woman who's always smiling through the drive-thru speaker. I don't think I've ever experienced anything other than the most welcoming feeling from her lovely voice.
Today was even more special. Shawnee and her typical smiling voice shone through the speaker, and I put through my order. When I go to the window, I realized I forgot my wallet at home.
I waited for her to come to the window with my coffee and informed her I needed to cancel the order. Instead of doing what I expected, which was sit the coffee down and say OK, she handed me the coffee and said "I'm sure you'll pay us back on your next trip through."

Read moreI think I’m done with all Dunkins in Bradenton. Every time I ask for assorted munchkins I always get all glazed. This time I got chocolate and glazed oh boy! I have gone inside after getting them just to see if they were out and they were not. So if you really want assorted you have to go inside and watch them box them. The sandwich was cold and they slapped it together with ripped cheese that wasn't even melted and the fritter was ripped in half. Definitely not what I would have served to a customer when I worked there in the past. Management or corporate really needs to step in because these employees need lots more training and supervision. I understand being busy and I understand service workers get crapped on a lot but with the price of everything these days it is pretty disappointing to open my food and see all this.
