This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. I have given this store many chances but nothing ever goes correctly. I'm very specific on my order and it is never right. The solution that the staff told us was to be specific with everyone when I order. I dont know here more specific I can be when I say exactly what I want in the coffee (Large iced coffee 6 caramel and 4 cream). Even after being that specific I never get the right coffee the last coffee I ordered I ended up getting french vanilla full of sugar with little cream. This was about three weeks ago so fast forward to this morning 10/9/18, myself and two friends of mine stopped for coffee. Since our orders are always wrong we decided to go inside and see if maybe that was the solution to our drinks being wrong. When we arrived there was no one at the front counter so we waited a minute and looked at the menu, at that point another customer walked in. We decided we were not ready and let her go ahead of us. At least 5 minutes have gone by now and no employee has spoken to us, mind you one employee came by the front counter and changed out a creamer or something with one of the machines closest to the register (the employee still didnt speak to us). By this point I decided to make some noise and get someone's attention so I clapped my hand making a popping which I felt was more respectful instead of leaning over the counter yelling for someone attention. The employee who was assembling sandwiches responded by asking who clapped and proceeded to try and yell at me telling me what is going on. There was only 2 people and they were busy. I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND LOW STAFF AT HIGH BUSINESS POINT. The way you make up for that is customer service, a simple "hi good morning! It could be a few minutes before we can take your order, we are going through a shift change at the moment and there is still only 2 of us here", this could have been stated from the same work station that the employee decided to speak from after my clap. The woman who was in front of us agreed and all 4 of us decided to leave and go somewhere else for coffee. All because the employee NEVER greeted us while we were in the building let alone when we entered. The situation was completely stupid and the gravy that it happened is absolutely ridiculous. Even if you are in a bad mood and working you can still say good morning to a customer. I will be contacting the store for the General Manager and contacting corporate because this store is not up to the standard of any corporation the situation needs to be fixed. I visit two other Dunkins frequently that are also ALWAYS busy and I never have bad service, my drinks are always right, everyone is politeness and they are adequately staffed( at least 6 to 10 people). I get coffee randomly all the time and I have been to other locations at the same time frame as this situation that happened today. Employees and stores like this give Dunkin...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me preface this by saying that I love Dunkinā Donuts for their product in for their overall efficiency at delivering their product. However the store is pitiful. Firstly this morning, one of many mornings on the weekends that I go to this Dunkinā Donuts on my way to work I ordered to chipotle brown sugar bacon croissants a large iced coffee French vanilla and toasted almond flavored with creamer and liquid sugar and an extra shot. Along with two chocolate caramel donuts. Yes I like to eat. And yes I am specific about my coffee. I repeated the liquid sugar part and was told āI heard that part the first timeā and the whole reason I had mentioned it was the day prior when I ordered my coffee I didnāt receive liquid sugar. So I pull around the side Iām waiting, and then my turn finally comes up I will look to a window that is closed without my total listed I proceed to wait for 4 Minutes, closer to five, to even see a person come to this window. When the person did come to the window I handed them my card they didnāt say a word to me except my total and then they rang my card and asked me if I would like my receipt at this point Iām being brusque. So I take my food and I take my coffee and I set it down and I am so pissed at this point that I look up and I say thank you have a great day With no response.when I open up my paper bag and the $14 I have spent on my breakfast my breakfast isnāt even warm that sheās hasnāt even melted and then when I take a look at my coffee just to make sure they got it right they didnāt even mark the damn cup. Oh on top of which I never got my donuts. Iāll be at I didnāt get a receipt so I wasnāt charged I wasnāt charged and I told him I didnāt want to receipt. If I was charged I wouldnāt know anyway and thatās my own fault. However itās the principle.
Well, Little does Dunkinā Donuts no, but Iām a local business manager actually I manage a very busy business where I see a lot of local people day in and day out every day that I work I never complain about anything. But my job is solely to focus on customer service my job is to make sure that people are coming into a brand and receiving the a pitta me of what that brand represents. We all have a purpose, and it might not be forever, but while you were doing your purpose, you should probably do it to the best of your abilities. That being stated I plan on making sure everybody has heard about this. I plan on making sure that my business goes to the one on 17 Iām not going to bother trying to bring business to store that does Not know how to treat loyal customers. Itās not worth the time and apparently we arenāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here with my boyfriend to get coffee and doughnuts. The coffee was for me; the doughnuts were for him and to bring home to the kiddos. We were here right before the holidays.
I ordered a hot mocha caramel latte. It was blah at best. I am unapologetic about my need to have my caffeinated drinks SWEET. I asked multiple times for "triple sugar". I even asked for sugar packets. Not a hint of additional sweetness and no sugar packets. I had to bring it home and add sugar. The rolling of the eyes by the cashier/barista/server were barely concealed. She could not have been more irritated by my desire for a hot sweet morning beverage. I can't be the only customer who has ever made this request. It's not like I asked for a shot of 151 on top. I am not a demanding person. I say "please" and "thank you" and smile with each request. I am aware that people have other things going on in their lives and for all I know, she just had a fight with her significant other, but even factoring in these other possibilities, it is not difficult to grab a few sugar packets and throw them in the bag. Or maybe even pretend to smile? I know, now I am being difficult.
The doughnuts were good. She was rushing us (even though there was only one other customer in the store being helped by the other cashier). We were buying a dozen doughnuts and trying to decide which flavors to get for the kids. Since it was the holidays, they had several new special edition types that we were contemplating. Apparently that disturbed her, as well. In the end she forced our hand by choosing the 12th doughnut for us - she just made it the same as the last two we had chosen. Rude.
The food and coffee themselves were top-notch, however, which is why I give them stars. It also appeared the other cashier working did not have the same attitude issues as the person we were fortunate enough to do business with. Everyone as a bad day though and maybe she didn't have time for a cup...
