Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

ATTITUDE , this was the worst service I have received since coming to the states . The girl that served us on the 10/4/24 didn’t care , she got our coffee orders wrong , 2 pumpkin spice lattes , we received was two lattes with no cream , no toppings or drizzle , we asked for 2 apple fritter donuts , she then disappeared out of site and returned with the bag containing the 2 donuts which I thought was suspicious, anyway after getting back in car we discovered what she had done , she sold us old donuts that were dry and stale , they went in the bin ,I have given up using Dunkin in the future , too often the orders are wrong and the service...

Stopped by around 6:30pm for a mid-roadtrip coffee. I ordered at the self-serve kiosk, as the drive thru had a few cars in it. The girl that was working behind the counter berated my mother while I went to use the restroom, rudely telling her off for ordering because apparently they closed at 6pm... Not sure how we were supposed to know that, even Google says they close at 8pm. The self-serve kiosks and drive-thru had no indication that they were closing early either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ On top of that, half my drink was foam. I'm usually a super easy-going customer, but this was just a disappointing...

Horrible nasty service. I asked for cream and the unhappy woman at the drive thru informed me they had no creamers and rolled her eyes and said I was suppose to order my coffee with cream...what!!! Really!! I had to pass my coffee back and the other woman with the creamer gave me a look that was so nasty. Both these women need to be educated as to common courtesy. My midnight coffee was bitter...obviously old. And my boyfriends sweet cold foam was whipped cream. Not good at all. Do yourself a favor and if you need a quick coffee go to the...
