At 6am November 1st 2022, my sister and I were greeted with the upright most unprofessional customer service from the manager at this location.We pulled up to the drive through window and in a minute of us revising the menu the manager greeted us through the mic with attitude. She stated that we needed to pull up to the window because we were running up her timer. We do not come to Dunkin’ Donuts that often to know exactly what we want to order every time and in a minute of us being in the drive thru. We stated to the lady well we need to look at the menu to know what to order and if she could give us a second to find out. When we decided what we were going to order we politely told her through the mic that we were ready to order multiple times and we got no response. We then drove up to the window as she asked and were ignored. We then knocked on the window to get their attention and were signaled to now come inside the store. We then went inside and the manager told us that we were messing with her timer which gets her a bonus as she stated. When we tried to explain our part she spoke with high altitude tone in her voice and told us that she was not going to argue with us and that we would no longer be served by her. Read moreToday at 1:54 pm I received horrible service and was mistreated by the worker Devarius. He called me multiple names when all i did was order coffees. When I first pulled up he stated that there was no food and only drinks available. I ordered 2 coffees, and pulled up to the window. Immediately after paying Devarius told me to drive up and park up. A car that ordered after me proceeds to receive there order before me, and as I pull through again, without saying anything; Devarius says “you have no patience” which is very rude as when i did not say one word nor was disrespectful to him. He proceeded to argue with me about the number of items the car AFTER me had ordered; which I irrelevant as it’s about the principle. After being on the receiving end of such nasty behavior, I was no longer comfortable consuming anything Devarius (Pooh bear) he told me his name was, had made. I kindly asked for a refund, and he refused. He said his manager was not physically there so it was impossible to give me a refund. I left both the coffees on the counter and walked away. I called the number on the receipt and no answer. It’s unacceptable to refuse to give someone a refund, manger there or not. Just terrible service overall, and I speak truth when I say this. Read moreI completed a mobile order on the go to for a caramel latte & sesame seed bagel through the drive thru. When I arrived, the representative stated that I needed to come inside to get my order because they just received my order. In all of the times I've done mobile orders, this was the FIRST time I was told that I needed to come inside to retrieve my order. Furthermore, I was told that they were out of sesame seed bagels. When I questioned why I had to come inside (especially since there were at least 3 cars ahead of me) I was told that I needed to wait 5 - 10 mins before coming through the drive thru. The logic of that just doesn't make sense. I could pull up to the drive-thru and my order would completed with no problem, but because I did my order on the go, it's an issue? What difference does it make? Isn't it supposed to be more convenient to order online? With the attitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism of these reps, I asked the reps for my money back, but i was told they couldn't do it. So I drove off with no coffee, no bagel, no money back.
