There was no way to rate them a zero. Today is their day. After being a regular customer this location is the worst. Every week someone is wrong. The inventory manager poorly coordinates deliveries. One day they are out of everything at 8:00 in the morning telling customers to wait for the truck to be unloaded. The back door stays wide open. The staff are poorly dressed and usually just casually talking, smoking, and walking in and out letting flies and other bugs in. They constantly tell customers to pull up or around the building, or that their system is down. It stays down. Corporate needs to know their service delivery and brand image are on the line with the Navy location. Today I addressed why they seem to struggle with customer service as a regular customer. Previously, Iāve given Grace and space and itās getting worse. Before I knew it five of them are standing at the window like a little messy family ready to argue. I explained that their service constantly impacts peopleās schedule and routines and they never know what people are going through. Iāve noted more than five times in the last two weeks they want everyone to drive back around the building. Today I said no Iāll wait and they got mad. I was asked to place my order online because their machines were down again. I began placing my order and she told me I need to move because they get in trouble for the time on the window. I kindly said no, it should be understandable that your machines are the issue. When I moved a few days ago they messed up the order and it was too late to turn back. Today would be the fifth time my order has been messed up in two weeks. I made my point clear, while five of you are standing here attempting to argue about your poor customer service, someone could have simply fixed my coffee. Well they fixed it purposely wrong after Iāve paid. Blessings on the people who have no integrity to do the right thing when no one is looking. Also ordered a maple bacon breakfast sandwich on crossiont with white cheddar. Sandwich is also wrong. We already left since we picked up via the drive thru so I immediately called back to see if I could just get my order remade. No big deal. No one answered the phone.. I had to pick up my daughter and afterwards headed right back to see if they could correct my order. When I went inside and explained it to the first woman at the counter she remade the drinks. I was trying to still explain about the sandwich also but she walked away while I was talking. A different employee named Alicia was told by the previous employee to find out about my sandwich. She seemed very aggravated as soon as I started talking. I explained what was wrong and she said there was nothing they could do because they were out of crossionts. She said all she could do was sugar the bacon to make it maple bacon and I said okay can I get the white cheddar on it like it was supposed to have also? She said no they were out. So I asked why didn't they just say that to begin with when I ordered it and she said its because on their end the app won't tell them the type of cheese. Getting a really rude attitude. I said well okay thats fine can I just get a refund for the sandwich then. Alicia told me she can't do that either because the manager wasn't there and wouldn't be there until later this afternoon. Didnt really try to fix the situation or apologize for the mess up. Just FYI when and if you go. Really wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't such an attitude. People make mistakes no big deal. My husband went to pick them up and they shorted one of the sandwiches, the staff kept insisting there were only 2 sandwiches! I had to prove to them what we ordered and then they didn't even have strawberry for the dragon fruit specialty drink. That was the first strike. Second strike came in the shape of non toasted sour dough bread when we specified toasted! Third strike came when they put pesto on my sandwich and I am allergic! And the topper, put white cheddar on both sandwiches when I asked for American. We ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and they didn't have chicken!!! The iced coffee didn't have cream even though I asked for creamer! So nothing about my order was correct and I paid for food I didn't get!! When I tried calling the location they ignored the phone ringing!! My advise, stear clear of this location. Rude staff smart mouths and short on food items. Horrible service overall!!!
04/02/2023.. So thinking that 9 months had passed, that the customer service would have improved? What a joke! I hadn't even placed my order yet and the staff was smart mouthing me through the speaker! And guess what? Still no chicken!!!! When I pulled up to the window the clerk didn't welcome me say hi or anything and just mean mugged me!! Rudely grabbed my credit card and then handed it back with force! She's lucky I was able to keep my composure. I have decided some places deserve second chances but this one...
