If I could leave negative stars I would. When I placed my order it was read back to me and read correctly as I had ordered. When I got to the window my coffee did not have cold foam but the woman repeated my order back and said cold foam and after telling the woman that my coffee was missing that, she told me I wasn't charged and commented so she couldn't do anything about it. I kindly asked for a refund in which time the manager Brittany Smith came to the window and said what's wrong with it. I asked her for the refund and she said I can just fix it for you. I said ok that would be fine. When she approached the window and handed me the drink she had a horrible attitude and commented the next time if I don't say it when I order I will be charged. I tried to explain I did order and she quickly cut me off calling me a liar saying she was listening and I didn't say that. I was very offended she spoke to me that way and asked her for my refund and she said but I fixed your drink. And I explained that I no longer wanted it because she was very rude about it. At that time she refused my refund until I pulled forward and she would bring it out. I told her I would wait right there just to give my refund so I could leave. She then lied saying she couldn't access the cash drawer until she cashed out the next vehicle. Then she tells me she was calling the police to have me trespassed. After parking and going inside I asked for my refund again and she responded I will give it to you when the police get here and I have you trespassed. After a few more exchanged words she unlocks the cash drawer and refunds me. After getting home I realized we also did not get our everything bagel bites that we were charged for. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen drive thru has a BABY and a girl who literally ignored us not saying hello, thank you or offer eye to eye contact as she only spoke to her people with her with head turned while giving us our change and the bag, closes window continuously ignoring us! Also while unable to take an order for the 2nd time this week for a breakfast item available unlike a week ago, but now frozen and āSTILL unavailableā. With no frozen coffee either. BUT itās when the baby crib next to her we see an infant the age of maybe 10 months crying, as all the women walk around him with hot coffee & hot breakfasts as they yell amongst each other like itās a rec center caused concern. I will never get over seeing this precious child looking up at any lady there walking around as he cries to them. For years we wonder why even go to this local Dunkin with bad food, inaccuracy on orders, unavailable popular items and rude staff who literally make it clear how the miserably disgusted they are with people. Dunkin should be ashamed and their manager fired, a new staff hired, properly trained with NO babies in cribs allowed and inventory accurately handled. Now we seek to know the laws for protecting babies. We wonder if theyāre allowed in kitchens, in cribs, around hot food/coffee, at the drive thru windows, where every customer sees and hears the cries. Seems illegal. Iām pissed about that baby there ONLY which caused this review as weāre use to being treated like garbage by this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have ordered from my local store on my way to work 3 different times now (I just started going to DD) I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich and I ask for sausage and American cheese and all 3 times I have received bacon with white cheddar... unfortunately I am on my way to work each time so I don't have time to go back and have them correct it.. not sure if I will be going back.. I am normally a 3 strikes and your out. Or I will definitely have to hold the drive thru line up and start checking everything before I pull away from the window (and I don't like to feel like I should have to do that)... I feel like when we go to work we only have 1 job to do and that is our job.. I do understand mistakes and being human but when the mistake happens 3 times in a row that is not a good thing. So all I can say is ya'll check your orders!! Ps... I don't like leaving reviews like this but I feel I have been forced...
