This isn’t just a shout out to the location, but specifically to the 2 people working here last night on 2/13/24.
Around 7:30 PM, my wife and I made a late Dunkin stop at this location, which is only about half an hour before they close. Fully aware of how customer facing jobs such as this can be as you try to clean up, I didn’t know what to expect as it was close to closing and I didn’t want to cause any additional stresses for anybody working there as people today seem to treat customer service workers worse and worse these days.
But not only was I greeted with extreme professionalism and kindness from the 2 people there, but also with an extremely clean and spotless dining room, a good amount of selection even at this point in the night, and awesome quality from the items we got!
I wish I would have gotten their names - one was a younger guy with a mustache, other a younger lady with shoulder length hair (7:30 PM, 2/13/24 - in case a manager can figure it out and give them kudos) but they were absolutely awesome. Their kindness was appreciated, their quickness in getting my order done noted. They were working on making sure the store was in good order when I walked in and it showed, looked spotless in there. And they made me and my wife an awesome iced coffee to exactly as we ordered. Thank you guys - you guys were awesome!
Will be back to this location more often thanks to how great this experience was. I have been to this location plenty over the years, good experiences almost always - but this crew in particular was super awesome especially considering how close to closing it was.

Read moreI have had 4 or five different issues with this location which upsets me because it’s so close to my job. They usually fix the mistake however this time it made me late for work and they took my hash browns. I usually order through the app because anytime I order through their drive-through. They mess it up. So I made an order for two $6 dollar meal deals. I pull up to the drive-through tell them I’m there they give me my food. I say thank you I leave. I drive to my husband’s job to drop off his food. I had asked for no cheese on my bacon croissant egg sandwich. They give me cheese and bacon no egg on both of them. I drive back up there and tell them and show them the receipt. She fixes the mistake. I get back to my husband’s job drop off his food and I go to work. I’m already 10 minutes late because of the whole issue. And then I get to work and realize in the middle of fixing my order they take out my hashbrowns and don’t give me any. Now I know my husband didn’t have any in his box because he already ate his. And they didn’t put it in his box because I looked when I dropped it off. I’m just kinda getting tired of always having issues with this exact store and when you call them they don’t answer but when I went back, they were just standing around so they don’t wanna answer the phone.
