Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

This place is rarity in the fast food world. I decided about eight months ago to cut back on spending on Starbucks and Nespresso capsules, and drink American coffee instead for financial reasons. I decided to check this place out, as it’s within a block from my house, and I wasn’t used to drinking American coffee at all my entire life.

My first time there, the staff recommended me a drink that I quickly liked, and I been going there almost every morning, and even some afternoons since, ordering the same drink for the most part.

The staff make the drink as soon as they see me walk in the door so I don’t have to wait at all after I pay, which is a first for any fast food place I go to and call me in first name basis. It has been the same counter staff since I started coming on a regular basis, in an industry known for its high turnover rate. And the staff looks happy to work there as well. The high school kids who runs the afternoon/evening shifts are very fast, in fact one of them was the one who recommended me to the rewards app and neither shift never messed up my order once.

This is (I can’t believe I’m saying this) a yes, a Dunkin Donuts that is worth going out of the way for. I see the same loyal clientele almost every day, and I completely stopped drinking Starbucks and coffee capsules because of the staff there. This place deserves a million stars if Google...

I ordered a large cappuccino with SKIM MILK, my receipt said skim milk and the sticker on the cup said skim milk, I was waiting for about 5 minutes until the older lady started making my coffee, the pick up area is right next to the their coffee station and I see the older lady pouring whole milk into the silver cup thing is that goes to the frother, and continuing to pump syrup and the coffee to my to go cup, so I approached her kind of second guessing myself very politely saying “Hi, sorry, I ordered cappuccino with skim milk but I see it’s warming whole milk” she turned around to me with the biggest attitude looking into my eyes saying “…I KNOW.. I know!!!” I felt so bad I was thinking oops that’s someone else’s milk so I said oh ok thanks, a minute later she then pours that warm whole milk I saw and told her about, into my cup and hands it to me. I was shocked, I said thanks and she answered back “you’re welcome”. I took a picture of the milk she used and it’s without a doubt WHOLE MILK. It defeats the purpose that you want skim milk and behind your back you get something else, I am now doubting if I always get whole milk. Very...

I ordered a croissant with sausage and egg from Dunkin' today. Unfortunately, the croissant turned out to be overcooked, and about one quarter was missing altogether — as if it had stuck to the oven and part of it remained there. I also ordered ice cappuccino. The employee asked if I needed an espresso shot. I clarified: "Would that be better?" to which she simply turned away and told her colleague in Spanish that I didn't understand anything. Unfortunately for her, I understand a little Spanish, and it was frustrating. I didn't like the cappuccino either — the ice was completely crushed, as if it had been whipped in a blender. It is impossible to drink through a straw. I drank a large glass in 4 sips — the drink turned out to be watery iced coffee.
