Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

We go to this dunkin every Sunday and this is by far the worst trip. Coffee that isn't sweet enough is normally and probably the only issue and that's not there fault . Today though The tacos had a crusty hard shell and half full. Barely any egg or corn..it was just gross. Half the munkins on my order of 10 were wrong. The stuffed croissant tasted like it was made last night and put in a microwave. They had to remake my iced latte because they tried to hand me some melted down concoction that should have had caramel and mocha, but literally looked like dirty dish water and some white swirl at the bottom. Even after the remade it it wasn't right. As I am sitting at the window, waiting on my stuff, before anything was handed to me, I can see a counter FULL of drinks for the cars that are now behind me. Iced and hot drinks sitting there melting down or getting cold. It was not busy when I pulled up, there was no reason for the wait I had or for the gentlemen inside the store that I could see that was there the same amount of time I was, if not longer. Coffee and drinks are not something you can line up and hand out like that. I guarantee 💯 that everyone in that line behind me are as po'd as I am right now. You should be making the drinks for the next car in line, not the 4th car back. Meanwhile you have some dark skin girl walking around like she dont know where she is, with her fingers in her mouth 🤮 chewing on her nails, slowly walking through like she ain't got nothing to do!! Tighten up! WE, the customers, are the reason you get paid and have a job. A bunch of young don't give a ish employee's in that store now. Just throwing this in that this store needs to be renovated SOOO bad...that outside is crusty and dirty and run down....

I am giving this 5 star for service, food, atmosphere, because of Joe. He is an employee @ Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins. I went online and ordered a DIY sundae kit for our son, because he achieved honor roll for his 1st semester. We always try to do something extra special for things like this. He was/is very proud of himself, as we are. So, we surprised him and he loved it. When he saw his diy sundae kit. His face expression and big smile was totally worth it. $24.99 for this kit. It is so worth it, because it looks like it can feed up to 5 people. 2 containers of ice cream/your choice, good size, 3 good size cups for toppings, a can of Dunkin whip cream and yummy cherries! It’s so much, it lasts up to 4-5 nights of ice cream parties and movie night. Joe is professional. He called to check to make sure order was correct. He went above and beyond making sure everything was great for my son. Joe is so kind. I decided to order a Turkey Cake! So cute. Check it out! He again called and made sure that order was all correct. We definitely need more Joes @ Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. He cares and it shows. Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins- you have a great employee! First of all, this Dunkin Donuts is now my go to place! For coffees also! Because the owner Cory and his wife are the sweetest and take care of their customers! Cory’s wife contacted me after I went into Dunkin and asked me about details. I told her what I would like. And she made the ice cream exactly as I said! She is awesome! On our sons 10th birthday, they made an ice cream exactly how I requested-Spider-Man with light up feature on it! From now on this is the only place I will order ice cream 🎂🍦🍰cakes from! 3 flavors …. chocolate, Strawberry, Marionberry! The berry flavor was so Yummy!! When our son saw it! He was one excited very happy little boy! Thank You Cory and his beautiful wife for making our sons 10th Birthday the best possible for him! It is nice to know that the Dunkin in my area is the best one and great people. If you ever go to this Dunkin Donuts ask for Cory and/or his wife! They will treat you like a great customer!
