One star because Manager was rude to staff and blamed everyone but herself. Appearently the lady at the register, messed up which I don't mind but its when the manager came in, thats when the vibe or experience ruined it for me. She blamed the register, the promotion, and the lady at the register kindly explained she can't take off the order, then the manager proceeds to blame the customer before me saying that the card didnt go through. The manager starts making stuff and hands out coffee to a customer 4 people behind me saying Get out! Get out! If she was joking, it sure didnt seem like it. Some way some how the order that the lady at the register couldnt take off, ended up in the pool to make food. After about 2 minutes on the counter the lady at the register kindly explained to the manager that that wasnt supposed to be made because of the credit card decline from the previous customer supposedly. Then she proceeds to say i just make what it says on the screen, and treats the person on the register like she can't read saying the "what does that say?" Oh my god that wasn't the worst part. A few minutes before that she set a box of donuts on the counter and was proceeeding to put donut holes on top but just the box fell on the floor. A person who does that especially a manager shoud get a new box at least. Anyways if you do decide to take corrective action let me leave you with this, no manager should lead through fear and blame everyone and insult them like they are stupid and then the worker who took that insult and supposed to forget how the manager insulted them and smile after that to customers.    Read moreI've officially given up on Dunkin'. Every time I go, the experience is inconsistentânot just with the drinks, but also the prices, even though I order the same thing every time. After this morning, I've decided Iâm done wasting my money here.
I went through the drive-through and ordered a large cold brew with unsweetened vanilla, almond milk, and cold foam. The employee seemed distracted but quickly shouted that my total was $6.92âmore than what Iâve paid before, but I figured prices may have gone up.
When I got to the window, I paid and received my drink, but immediately noticed it was way too dark. I checked the receipt and the sticker on the cup, and it only listed cold foam and vanilla (which was the sweetened version I specifically didnât want), with no almond milk at all. I mentioned the missing almond milk, and the employee added some, then told me, âWe didnât charge you for it, so I gave it to you for free.â The thing is, I ordered it at the speaker and wouldâve paid for itâI just wanted my drink made correctly. Before I could say anything else, she shut the window and walked away.
The service was rude from the start, and my order was completely wrong. This was the final straw for meâI wonât be coming back to any Dunkin locations....

You would think that working in with customers that pay your bills would get people to be friendly but Unfortunately the lady that I have now had the pleasure to deal with a second time in a row is clearly a miserable human being that should maybe hide under a rock for the rest of her life. When you order a Medium Ice Chai Latte with 1 added shot of espresso , you would assume you get your one shot of espresso but no this demon of a barista finds it funny enough to laugh in my face when I noticed my drink was just a cup of spiced milk. I corrected her and asked for my drink to be corrected but this was clearly asking to much of her. The second interaction I had with this miserable waste of space took my order for one drink and commanded for me to drive around the building when I still had 2 more drinks to order and a box of donut holes. She again handed me spiced milk and no coffee. Clearly this Dunkin donuts does not believe that the world...
