I don't know what's going on at this place. I hope management is seeing these reviews. I might just follow up with a direct Call. So one time a couple of weeks ago I go up to the dining area and order two egg and cheese wraps and a donut. The cashier had no idea how to ring this up. I'm assuming they go through some kind of training before they go on the register. These seem like things that should be pre-programmed on a register. No custom order. So she gets someone from the back cooking area to help, and this lady doesn't know how to ring it up either. This was middle of the day. Finally we negotiate a price for this order and God knows where the money went. No receipt. I get the egg and cheese wraps and they have bacon on them and they're cold. Apparently that's an option. I go there a couple of weeks later to order a coffee roll and another two egg and cheese wraps, different register person but the same lack of knowledge on how to ring this order up. This time she rings it up incorrectly and assures me that it's correct. Fortunately there was a guy there that did know what he was doing and sorted it out. What's going on here Dunkin Donuts owner? Are these people being trained or are they just being pulled off the street, handed some uniforms and shoved in front of a register? At this rate I don't see this dunkin' donuts being around for long. I'm sure I'm not the first or 100th person that has experienced this level of service. I for one cannot go back unless I'm personally assured that things have changed, and I'm pretty sure that there is some...
Read moreNot only do they run out of supplies every time that I visit there, the service is super inconsistent.
They have a Bee infestation within the store and are doing nothing about it; Of which they don’t even warn you until after the fact that you see them flying onto you.
Multiple times I have gone there and one of the associates was sitting outside, for what I thought was her being on her break, but she soon walked inside and took my order after five minutes of me waiting there for someone to help me. She commented “Have you guys been helped yet?” and I said “No” to which she replied, “Well that’s embarrassing” playing it off casually.
Mind you, she was on the clock, sitting outside on her phone with her work headset still on; being paid to loaf around.
They are severely understaffed and it really shows in their performance. I understand that they could be frustrated from the overload of customers that come in but whenever I go, there’s almost no one there and yet they treat it like they can’t help me because they’re helping 20 people at the same time.
I will quite literally be waiting there looking at them, and them looking at me but not even acknowledging that I haven’t ordered anything yet. No “hello”, or “welcome”, or “we’ll be right with you”, just silence.
I am now avoiding this Dunkin’ Donuts as much as possible, which is sad because it’s right next...
Read moreThey had an okay selection of donuts, but they have same issue as the other dunkin in town and that's the fact that they have lots of the same donuts left because they apparently make a lot more of the less popular ones than the ones people apparently like. I have gone in later in the evening just to see full trays of those undesirable flavors still on the shelf, and it's the same type that are there every day. My suggestion is that they need management to keep better track of the evening waste and best sellers so that they can make more of the top sellers and less of the undesirables in turn leading to a better profit. I have been told that they all make the same amounts of the same styles in all stores, and they go by the same baking list.. (not sure about the truthfulness of that ) but if it were true that would be ludicrous because different areas call for different types of best sellers and managers should be able to adjust the styles to make for a higher profit level.. Now, service is not bad, and as luck has it as usual, I am blessed to be waited on by a new hire, but she was trying hard to do it alone but she needed help and she shouldn't have been thrown to the wolves quite yet. SOOO in a nutshell, I would go back, and I hope they have worked out the kinks in their systems to make it a better experience for us as well as a more profitable...
