After months and months of coming here regularly, 3-5 times a week, I finally decided to write a review. If I had written this review 4 months ago, I would have given this store 5 stars, hands down. The very personable young black man that used to always make my coffee (his name escapes me) made it perfectly, handed it to me with a smile, made jokes and made it a point to remember who I am, since I do come in regularly. He literally made my trip in an enjoyable one. I haven't seen him in about a week and before that, he moved to the drive through register. Since then, I've had nothing but problems. Let me add that I order the exact same thing every single day. I did change it up a bit a few weeks ago, going from a large iced coffee with almond milk and 8 equal to a large iced coffee with 2 cream and 8 equal, simply to save the $0.50 every day that they charge extra for almond milk. But regardless, it's not difficult. And every single day I either have to go back inside (if I go through the drive thru) to have them fix it or I have to fix it myself. And don't get me started on the middle aged Hispanic woman that runs the register. Maybe she just doesn't like the way I look, but every time I have to deal with her, she is cold, rude and disinterested in customer service. She literally helped a guy standing behind me once (I guess she knew him because her demeanor toward him was much different than to me). She had taken my order for a donut I was getting for my son, put the donut in the bag and handed it to me, I slid my card in the card reader and as I was standing there waiting for her to work the cash register on her end to process the payment, she instead ignored the fact I was still standing there to help the man behind me. I had to wait until she had helped him before she asked what I needed and finally finished my transaction. Although I live in Holiday and this is on my way, I feel the need to drive an extra couple of miles down the road to Tarpon Springs to visit Starbucks instead. I will not continue to spend my money here unless they can prove that they give a damn, and...
Read moreThis is quite literally the worst dunkin' donuts ever. everybody is so uncoordinated and lazy and rude it is DEI Central. My order is usually never right I have to get it remade constantly. The employees all look like they are crackheads or some form of drug addicts, do businesses no longer background check or drug test for anything since when did quality employees go out the window? When you pull through the drive-thru nobody says anything and when they do you've already been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to say something to you and when you say hello to try to get their attention nobody says anything something that I would have gotten fired for if I were working at a fast food joint. These employees are not doing a difficult job they make coffee and donuts seriously one of the most easy jobs anybody could ask for they do not lay pipe they do not dig ditches they do not build roads or buildings or go out into the streets in a uniform to protect our citizens they simply make coffee and donuts and they can't even do that correctly. When you're going through the drive-thru and you place your order they add charges onto your original order and when you question the price they shut the window on you and then give you incorrect change which they drop all over the street when they hand it to you. Just completely incompetent. Get rid of the DEI hires get rid of all of these employees reset this whole establishment with a whole new team with better attitudes and a better understanding on simply how to make coffee and donuts this place needs a quality control inspection ASAP zero out of 10 would NOT recommend going to this Dunkin. If you drive up north or south a little ways there are other dunkins around avoid this one at all cost till it is reset as an...
Read moreOn this moderately rainy, busy Wednesday afternoon, I was hoping to grab a quick black coffee on the way back to work for a co-worker. After patiently waiting in the drive-thru for approximately 10 minutes, I realized that it started raining harder and I inadvertently missed the intercom. I apologized immediately at the window and asked Caelen, the red bearded man servicing the window, if he could please just get me a small black coffee. He said it was against policy to hold up the line and I would have to go to the back. I kid you not, all I wanted was a quick small black coffee and he said no. I had to get out in the rain and then waited another 10 minutes inside to get a plain black coffee. I never complain online about fast food establishments because the workers aren't paid well at all and I'm sorry about this, but I was appalled. How can you be so mean? What is Caelen's issue that he could not just ring me up for the coffee whilst one of the 2 other coworkers on poured the coffee!? I wasn't ordering 5 lattes! :( What the @%#! kind of service is that!? And then there were 3 employees on and no one else in the store and they made me wait another 10 minutes! I will never return to this store and that means I won't be going to DD because this is the only one near me....
