Below you will find photos with more detail and why I had to give them such a low rating. For starters, I want to start of by saying that this is not the first time I ordered so I know how things are suppose to be and how they are-however, it is the first time I was served the worst food imaginable and treated rudely for even bringing it up. Once I received my order (delivery for context) I immediately realized a lot was wrong. I ordered the following: 2 passionfruit smoothies in milk, 3 empanadas (2 chicken & 1 beef), and the bandeja paisa. The first thing I looked for were the beans as they are notorious in forgetting to include them, and sure enough they were missing. I pushed through despite the annoyance. I then had my two year old take a sip of the passionfruit drink and his face showed he was disgusted and i immediately tasted it and it was AWFUL! Either the milk had gone bad or they missed the sugar. I tasted the second one and sure enough it also tasted awful. That’s when I decided to call the business and I spoke to Gloria, I explained that the beans were missing and that the passion fruit juice were terrible and she said that there was nothing wrong with them that they simply didn’t add the sugar because they had ran out of the specific sweetener for the juice. In my head “ how is that my fault and what am I supposed to do to do with it”… 🤦🏽‍♀️ she tells me rudely that I can add two spoons of sugar myself and mix it in a blender …like are you serious? They should just stop offering if this is what the consumer has to pay for. Wait there’s more! After we get off the phone, I continue to open my order and notice that the tostones that come with the meal were cold, rubbery and had no salt and were drowned in oil, they didn’t even care to add a pinch of salt to them. But again that is not all I proceed to give my kids a spoon of the rice and I cut up the steak and I realize that the steak is still raw. It’s also missing the chicharron. I go ahead and call back and I get the same lady, I explained to her what happened and what I found and all she said was, I have to speak to the owner after 4 PM if I want to complain about it. What type of customer service is this? I thought it was a joke for a moment. The egg was also rubbery. Nothing was seasoned- the steak if you push past through how raw it is did not even have salt. I still had hope for the empanadas, yet when I opened them, they were completely soaked in oil. It was disgusting. Not only were they soaked in oil, but they were also undercooked so the corn mixture that they’re made with was just mixed in with the stuffing. I go ahead and call back and speak with Gloria and she relays that there’s nothing that she can do and again I have to speak to the owner if I want a refund. I paid almost $50 for everything for this service and treatment. I’m a huge foodie and have a large following and I will be sharing this experience so others can be warned and avoid the same...

Wish I didn’t have to give not one star for the way I was treated in place as a delivery driver, I walked in a very respectful manner. Looked over to the bar & was told pick up is in the back. I walked over very respectfully stood in line because a family was picking up food, waited until they walked completely away with two Spanish women working behind the counter, one tall young looking one & one short older looking one, no one greeted me once it was my turn at the counter, so I sat down at the counter patiently waiting for anyone to greet me, acknowledge or something because I know yall both see me sitting here. After making several eye contacts with the tall young looking woman she finally asked me what I needed, and I told her that I was here for Uber eats pick up. She looked at the order and told me to give her a minute went to the back came back told me give her two minutes. Now 20 mins has gone by & im just setting waiting, two mins later I asked the short older woman in a very calm soft manner do you know how much longer because I may have to cancel this pick up because I already have two orders waiting. The short older woman looked at me in a very aggressively manner, slamming the Register shut Walking through two double doors to the kitchen that were slapped open flopping back-and-forth and about two seconds later she came out with this big old, large pan and threw it on the counter at me ripping the foil wrapped on the pan, as I grabbed the pan with no warning I burned my hands by putting my hands under the bottom of the pan trying to Secure the heavy pan, not knowing it was hot. Omg I couldn’t believe she threw the pans for one but no warning hot signs none what’s so ever not even a name that I was suppose to deliver to. I didn’t want any problems I grabbed the pan steaming hot running to my truck & got the hell out of there notifying the customer of the situation and exactly what happened. Which they couldn’t believe I was treated in such a way. They apologized over & over again for the...

I was so happy when I found this restaurant as there are not many hispanic restaurants around Port Richey. I wished I would have been able to enjoy the service a little more, but unfortunately I did not. I went in for first time and was a little disappointed as I love a good Colombian cuisine, I ordered the special salchipapas which are supposed to come with hot dog ,chicken, bacon and cheese, I paid extra for the "special" but my plate was incomplete as I couldn't find any bacon inside my plate. Also ordered some beef empanadas for my son as He loves them but the same thing it was more of a potato empanada than the beef inside, otherwise place was clean and I got the food ordered within a timely fashion as being the only customer in...

My favorite empanadas of all time have to be Colombian empanadas!!! I had just moved from Pinellas County to Pasco County and didn’t really feel like driving an hour to go get some empanadas from mi Carreta. I’m so happy that I found this spot the empanadas were delicious and my favorite thing was the house pico or house hot sauce and I asked for extra and they definitely gave me enough. I probably used one hot sauce cup for two empanadas and it was perfect. The meat and potato ratio was exactly half and half and they were a decent size I will definitely be back to try more of their food!!

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Had tongue, blood sausage, vegetable quesadilla, oxtail soup, Bandeja platter. Tongue was tender and seasoned well. Blood sausage was small, but tasty. Vegetable quesadilla was seasoned well and cooked perfect. Oxtail soup was full of a nice selection of ingredients; oxtail, potatoes, cassava, tripe and others. Bandeja platter was plenty for 2 people. Platter had pork skin, sausage, fried egg, steak, rice, plantain, corn cakes, red beans and avocado. Just know that Columbian food like this is not spicy at all.
