Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Jasmine Estates

I’m leaving 3 stars because I’ve had lovely experiences with the manager with the New Jersey accent and also the manager with green hair. However, if tonight was my only experience, I would leave 1 star. Tonight I got to the store at 11:29 (they close at 11:30). Door was locked. I stood at the door and had to knock repeatedly to get a staff member to come to the door. I told her through the door that I just needed to get something from the Amazon drop. It was really important that I got that package tonight. She said that she would call the manager, who blatantly rolled her eyes as she sauntered my direction (now 11:31). She didn’t even come over to the door, she didn’t bother to move beyond the registers. The associate told her that I needed something from the drop-off and she just shook her head and said “we’re closed”. I can’t unlock the door. I mouthed “please” and she just shook her head and turned around. I’m still sitting in front of the store as I write this, and she suddenly seems to find me much more interesting, because she’s looked out the door at me several times. Letting me grab that package would have cost her NOTHING. No extra time, no real trouble. Just ridiculously unyielding and a complete lack of compassion. I’m bummed… tomorrow will be much harder because I couldn’t get that package. I know that they don’t make money off Amazon packages, but I’ve spent a ton of money in this store… like 2 days ago. So disappointing. Definitely not the kind of person that you want leading a customer...

i only rated them one star because you have to select atleast one . for starters i want to say this is 90% of the time ive went into this store .. the manager is absolutely horrid to speak with or try to ask any type of questions .. i was checking out today with my husband trying to buy a stroller for my son and they werent able to find it in their system so as we were standing there the two ladies i think ine goes by marissa or something like that was super rude talking poorly about my child in as me and my husband are both spanish and knew exactly what she was saying . secindly the teo ladies that were trying to help us were literally arguins about the barcode numbers while me and my husband were just waiting patiently for them to ring us up . everytime i have went into this location ive had some sort of bad experience as far as rude employees or employees being nasty to eavhother in front of customers . i try not to come to this location because of these things . ive tried to call cooperate many times on these people and still its the same . WILL NEVER return to...

Ross is a great place to find great deals on everything. Their inventory is similar to Tjmaxx or Marshall’s, but much cheaper. I actually am writing this review to take the opportunity to thank the Ross staff for their hard work and extra hours during our 2020 Christmas season. I know I am speaking for more than myself when I say your willingness to work later than any other department store in the state, made Christmas shopping possible for me this year. I understand that this is not an ideal time to be working in an environment where contact with others is constant and revolving. You did not go unnoticed. Thank you again for making shopping possible after work and life at home settled for the day. My words cannot express my appreciation...
