Went to just look around, put some stuff in my cart, and saw an item that was out of the entire box looked like someone was taking a closer look at it. At one point and left the box all dismantled and item sitting next to it. So I took it to front, even though it was open and obviously tampered/used to see if they would lower price, but when I put it on counter the condition it was in got ignored and she folded up box and put item back inside like nothing happened, i asked about discount and got a very quick no because the item was not damaged. But I explained how someone took it entirely out of box and clearly it was used she still persisted that she couldn't lower price. I just put my stuff back and left not gonna spend money at a store that sells you opened and used items. $2 off would of been probably what they would have gave me so don't know what's the big deal, I was buying other items. I know not to ask for a lower price next time unless it's damaged, which I wouldn't want because why would you something damaged and get only $2 off. Doesn't...

My husband and I entered the store and he places his back pack at the front desk so there was no issues,bc alot of stores treat you different if carrying one. As we are shopping,I'm in women's lingerie and I see that he is up in men's at the hats. They are literally starting and talking about him and have made it very obvious. I found him pants an had him trying them on and they locked one side of doors so now there is one way in and one way out. Now I'm feeling some type of way. Like what is the issue, did I miss something? Are they closed and they want us out? So he continues trying shorts on and showing them to me as they are hands on hips starting at us. Made for a very uncomfortable shopping trip. When he was done,I told him what was going on and told him I was ready to go as they have made it very uncomfortable to be in the store. Nothing was ever said to us or anything,still have not a clue what the problem was....but obviously there was...

Last trip there. Actually had some good deals (for once) but when I stood in the "line" (I was the only one there) only two people working, a young man named Desmond and an elderly lady who mostly kept her back turned to me, though I know, at some point, she had to have seen me.

She was too preoccupied with the door alarm going off and ordering Desmond around. In all that while barking at him, she couldn't take 2 seconds to say, "be right with you."

I was completely ignored, even though it was obvious I was (the only person there...in line...waiting to check out) and finally went and stood in front of the register (silly me, I stood back - you know the six feet thing, waiting to be called up to the register) where Desmond FINALLY acknowledged I was there.

Definitely will NOT go back. I don't need to pay for neglect and unprofessionalism. I can get it...
