Rooms To Go In New Port Richey was Awesome. The staff was Awesome very courteous and knowledgeable about the furniture and pleasant to talk to the young lady that helped us was Sheila and she was Great! Honestly one thing that drives me crazy is when a salesperson hovers all over you and kind of pushes. Everyone knows what I mean. Their staff Was Not Like That At All. When we first went in to look we were looking for a living room set. The young lady that greeted us was very nice we asked where it was and she said basically all over lol but when on to explain quick like a breakdown over there is more leather and so on. So with all that said. We had a Great Experience with Rooms To Go the prices were very reasonable especially in today's environment where the prices of everything is just ridiculous a smaller can of Coke is more expensive than the 12oz cans. How is that possible? I don't even think the 7oz cans come in a 12 pack I think it's a 10 pack lmao and their rarely on sale same thing with Pepsi. Sorry I had to get that out of my system it makes me bananas 🤣. I think we picked out a Great Set At A Great Price. I recommend rooms to go to anybody and they give you good ideas that's where the sales team can really help you out and Sheila was a Rock Star! Go Check it out if you need a whole set or just something specific they had a very Big selection of stuff. What me and my wife did was go to 3 furniture stores and wound up back at Rooms to go to buy our living room. They had nice furniture at good prices all the other stuff too. There was another store we went to and had a cheaper set very nice too and a Grand Less lol. But at the end of the day the quality of the furniture was better I'm not going to mention the name of the other store because someone may not have the funds we had to buy. Had a wonderful experience at our NPR rooms to go and our salesman Bert. Arrived late to the store thinking that they were open till 9pm, but no closing at 8pm. Had about 45 mins to look and try our mattress at the store. Was met by Bert our sales associate , he open the door for me and my husband who is in a wheelchair at this time. Showed us 3 different mattresses based on what I was looking for. I already had one in mind but wanted to make sure I was getting the right one for us. Bert was full of info and explained all the options, and benefits of each mattress we tried out. In the end we picked the one I tried at another rooms to go. Decided on a king size split bed and the adjustable bed bases to go with them. Bert was awesome! I am so happy with my purchase and I thank you so much Bert for all your assistance and never once pushed or made us feel we had to hurry up even though we closed your store and was at least a half hour or more past your close time. This is our second big purchase from rooms to go and both times we have had a great customer service experience. Thank you Bert for being a great customer service representative for Rooms To Go!

1st issue..Berto was our sales associate. The first item we discussed was the dining room set. Then we moved on to other furniture. Delivery day finally came and...no dining room set. It was never placed on the order. I called to try an talk to Berto just to find out what happened, maybe an apology but my calls were never returned. 2nd issue..delivery day. 2 men delivered a 7 piece sectional, 2 full mattresses, a king mattress and the adjustable base for the king. 1 man put the sectional together while the other did the king bed. No more than 2 minutes after delivery I get a call to see how it went. I thought it was all good. Fast forward 2 more minutes and I realized they left the 2 full beds in the hallway and up against the wall in the one bedroom and the plastic was not even removed. I paid extra for removal of the packaging as well as to have the items put together. Now it's a week later and we are seeing scratches on our brand new floor where the one man pushed the couch around and scratched it up!VERY UNSATISFIED!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
