I gotta say I don't write reviews, I came to your store with my son to get brownie Sundae, which she tells me they do have great! Can we get any ice cream added or how sure that work, yes you can have any ice cream you'd like, OK I'll take two brownie Sundaes with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, we don't have that followed by a pause, I'm sorry miss you don't have what the ice cream? Correct she says.. ok I'm lost are you out of it or something I feel like I'm reading you do have it on your menu, no that's just toppings... ok can I get it with vanilla ice cream and you add those as toppings ma'am? Yes you can do that, ok I'll take that then thank you, did you understand i wanted two of them? Yes the total is 17 dollars OK thank you ma'am.. then I wait on line pull up and say sorry about the confusion, to which I get no problem just remember next time your talking to 16 year old so maybe watch your tone with them,... im sorry I say what is it you're saying about 16 what?? And again says in a much more serious tone ..they are 16 year old girls so watch your tone with them...I said ma'am I have given no one any kind of tone at all... and she replies OK 17 dollars please and I pay... and she give me the ice cream and guess what the ice cream is not a sundae but cookie dough ice cream.. and I say I'm sorry but where is the brownie sundae this is just ice cream and as sarcastic as she can be says oh you want me to throw a couple brownies on the side... at that point who wants to deal with the terrible attitude from your employee and I said no thank you and I get OK bye... what a waste of time and money just to go to the next ice cream shop and buy the right thing with...

Edit to my review: I am now getting harassing messages to my personal Facebook over my HONEST review over this incident! Another reason as to why this is not a business I would take a family to!!

I brought my daughter and nephew here last night on 04/04/25. There were 6 kids hanging out and lingering around on bikes cussing like crazy. The girls who were working inside the cone were giving them and their mom who walked with all these kids there free stuff because I’m pretty sure they were all friends with the girls inside by how they interacted with each other . As we are sitting there eating our ice cream ..as they are using a bunch of profanity very loudly and just being downright a mess at a place of business they start taunting and bullying a homeless guy and triggering him thinking it was hysterical…and chased him down to continue!!! mind you I have my two kids with me and I teach them to be KIND to everyone including the homeless. This location definitely should do a better job on figuring out who is working there especially when they are young girls with allowing their bad mouthed friends hanging around their work place. I live closer to this one, but I will just from here on out travel further to the Hudson location because I am VERY disappointed in the atmosphere it held last night. It was definitely not...

I went to twistie treat every Friday with my daughter some times were better than others like once i asked for a cherry and they put 10 on then charged me for all 10 not that big of a deal but I only wanted one. This past Friday my daughter needed to use the bathroom and we were going to get ice cream after but while waiting for my daughter to come out of the bathroom i was yelled at for smoking on the property which I understand and put it out right away but the girl didn’t have to be nasty about it i was behind the building and there are no signs but that wasn’t all 2 seconds later i had another girl asking me if someone was in the bathroom when i told her it was my daughter she asked me if I bought something from them with a nasty attitude then justified her nastyness with “lots of people come here and mess up our bathroom” im sorry my 10yo needed to go before getting ice cream well anyway I didn’t end up getting ice cream from twistie treat and i will never buy from them again there are to many places that offer the same exact stuff to deal with harassment from the teenage employees at...
