EL PARADOR Food by the Pound — Restaurant in Florida

We have been buying food for both Thanksgiving and Christmas from this place for the past 5 years. Up until recently, the food quality was excellent. However, the ownership of this establishment changed and the food quality has been abysmal. We ordered some pork for Thanksgiving and it all had to be thrown away. The pork had an awful smell to it. But we figured that they may have had an off day. For Christmas Eve dinner, we purchased the sliced pork for 30 people and it was awful. The pork actually smelled rotten. Horrible service 😳 I’m nice a always understanding busy places but this place is very rude , I was standing there with my coworkers and they never ask us can I help you! And we wait for almost 7 minutes and another guy came and the lady stated serving him 🥺 I ask her do you guys have numbers because we are here waiting 😱 so wao I told my friends to come here because I remember to come here before and the food is good and my friend said wao what a rude people ! We ordered tostones,a steak sandwich, and a hot dog. Price was very cheap(reason for the average rating) and food tasted pretty decent. Nice variety of food. Staff was attentive and nice. However, I was looking at one of the tostones we got and it seemed as if it had hairs in it. We told the manager and he said "it's only one hair ma'am ".... then after looking at it under the light he agreed to switch them for us and apologized.
