Express Cafeteria — Restaurant in Florida

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I called more than 10 times to place an order and no answer or they would pick up and hang up on me i thought maybe its busy but no once i got there there was only one older man and another man with his son i stood there for more then 15 minutes waiting for the older lady and the young girl with long black and pink or purple hair to acknowledge me or greet me at least and nothing the guy with his son turn to me and said i already placed my order you can go ahead because he noticed that the two ladies where just talking laughing with each other and being super un personal he even asked the ladies to please take my order and they both just laughed and rolled there eyes still i waited because i needed something to eat and my job was close but the guy with the kid turn to me and said sorry because he felt bad then i asked the young lady with the long hair that was super rude,un personal and had a disgusting attitude if i can please place my order and she turn to me and said super disrespectfuly you have to wait till im done servicing this guy and the older guy said its ok you can take her order because he could tell that she was being super disrespectful to me and she still said to me no she can wait till im done never have i ever gone to a place and been so disrespected like this at the end of the day you lost a good repayable customer who always has order from here in the past when the other girl and tall guy use to be there thats she and him where always amazing and cared about there customers i even got to my job and called to place the order so my daughter could pick it up for me but as soon as i called and finally a girl picked up pretty sure it was the young one once i said hi i would like to place an order she hung up on me i would never like to leave a bad review but this two ladies took it to far if you ladies dont want to work in customer service then you shouldnt have a job working in the front house of a Bakery where you have to deal with customers hopefully something will get done about those two ladies who where so rude to me for no reason when all i wanted was to get my breakfast and go to work and at the end all the waiting i did was for nothing because i left and made it to my job late and with no food Worst customer service ever too bad for the owner who have such horrible workers!!!!! You guys should really get back the other lady and guy who use to work there they where amazing at...

Horrible!! I ordered a breakfast and noticed the Bacon was raw. I went back so they can remake it and the lady wanted to charge me for it. Once i got home I realized some of the French Fries were also raw. Not only that but the bill was $7. When I checked my card they charged me $8.40. When I called to complain..there is no owner or manager in charge. Worst experience ever! Avoid this place unless you want...

I go almost every morning, everything they serve is good. Their service is fantastic, they’re really sweet people and are never short on anything. Everything is incredibly affordable.
